Reform the Process of Accepting Writs of Certiorari in the U.S. Supreme Court

Reform the Process of Accepting Writs of Certiorari in the U.S. Supreme Court
The Issue
This petition stems from a deeply personal experience. I had a Writ of Certiorari that raises 80 constitutional questions on corruption in Yavapai County, Arizona, ranging from human and child trafficking, embezzlement, conspiracy, and crimes against humanity. My struggle to get this writ accepted by the United States Supreme Court has exposed flaws and inefficiencies in our judicial system that need immediate attention. United States Supreme Court case number 23-5821 Stafford v Arizona. I had a simple car accident with car insurance. Received the proper citations from law enforcement. Yavapai County Attorney decided to turn my case into a felony case. I trusted a corrupt system and took the plea agreement. When my probation time was legally expired, I was kidnapped from my home and placed in the Yavapai County Jail where the state made money off of the felonies they gave me. I was starved, denied medical attention, denied simple handicapped accessibilies, amongst so many other atrocities and I was innocent. My son, 14, had four surgeries after an ATV accident and was given felonies for having a fun day. He was the only one hurt.
Yavapai County gave me a double jeopardy sentence, embezzled the restitution I paid, for the previous years, and was going to illegally send me to prison for 5 more years to make more money off of the felonies given to me. It is in the law. Insurance companies committed insurance fraud, APS committed insurance fraud. The "victims" committed insurance fraud. Defence council, 3 different pro bono firms and a public defender, did not follow my directions or the law. Then, my right to an Attorney was taken from me, i was put in debtors prison. Which in itself should have gotten my questions accepted into the United States Supreme Court but less than 1% get accepted. If not that one question, I had 77 more constitutuonal questions on the corruption of Yavapai county and the State of Arizona. The prisons are meant to human traffick people and enslave them, not reform them.
80 constitutional questions of corruption, human trafficking, embezzlement, conspiracy, and on and on. Why wasn't this Writ of Certiorari accepted?
The current process for accepting Writs of Certiorari is opaque and often arbitrary, leaving many important cases unheard and justice unserved. According to data from SCOTUSblog, out of approximately 7,000-8,000 petitions filed each term, only about 80 are granted plenary review (SCOTUSblog). This means less than 1% of petitions are heard - a statistic that starkly highlights the need for reform.
We urge lawmakers and court officials to reform this process by making it more transparent and accountable. We propose clear guidelines for acceptance or rejection based on merit rather than discretion alone; an increase in capacity so more cases can be heard; and improved communication with petitioners throughout the process.
This is not just about my case – it's about ensuring every American citizen has fair access to our highest court when seeking justice. Please sign this petition if you believe in a transparent, efficient judicial system where no plea for justice goes unheard.
