The United States is set to implement rules for big social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat. They intend to enforce strict two-hour time limits, as well as no use between 12 am and 6 am (There are many other restrictions too). 

These rules VIOLATE THE RIGHTS OF CHILDREN; this is the first step to taking children off social media entirely (which we've seen in Australia).

These rules also encourage children to lie about their age and be unable to receive any safety features; encourages them to move to unregulated sites like Discord, Reddit, or other, even more unknown sites, and not only do they not get extra safety for being a child, they don't receive ANY safety features at all on most of these websites.

Please help spread awareness about this and sign the petition to do whatever we can to stop this.
