Petition to Reimagine Mount Rushmore with Druski

To whom it may concern,

We, the undersigned, respectfully submit this petition to propose a bold and culturally relevant reimagining of Mount Rushmore. While the monument has long stood as a tribute to four influential U.S. presidents, we believe it is time to consider an update that reflects modern culture, humor, and the evolving identity of the American people.

We propose that Mount Rushmore be transformed to feature the likeness of Druski (Drew Desbordes), a contemporary comedian and internet personality whose impact on digital culture, entertainment, and social media has been significant. Through his comedic sketches, brand collaborations, and widespread online presence, Druski has brought laughter to millions and represents a new era of influence rooted in relatability and creativity.

This proposal is not intended to erase history, but rather to spark conversation about how national symbols can evolve alongside society. Art and monuments have always reflected the values and voices of their time. By reimagining Mount Rushmore, we encourage dialogue about who we choose to honor and why.

We believe this transformation would:

We understand the historical, legal, and logistical complexities of altering a national monument. However, we do not care.
