My name is Jonathan lee ,I’m wrongfully convicted and serving 25 to life. I’d appreciate your help.

Here’s what happened: I was first convicted as a youth. Thirty-five days after I was released, in 2011 parole officers bursted into a 3rd party house I was in for parole violation of address change . These parole officers entered , with out a search warrant signed by a judge , let in by landlord affiliate . Not even the land lord on the lease agreement.  These parole officers then made up they own reasonable cause to enter saying “ they seen a black male stick his head out of a back window “ despite home having no back windows . When the parole officers entered It was around 5-6 am , I was sleeping , as I didn’t know who it was , I jumped up out of my sleep startled in underwear ,  because as I stated “ just was released from a youth, I didn’t know who they were “ They immediately began striking me with batons .  the parole officer  accidentally struck his own partner in the head &  blamed the injuries on me, to cover up the excessive use of force used on me . The parole officer claiming  that I took the officer’s gun and hit another parole officer  in the head with it, drawing blood. ‘Now wouldnt blood and dna be all over this ! To unjustly convict me , these parole officers suppressed this exculpatory evidence to unjustly take my life , they refused to test the allege firearm for my DNA, suppressed the firearm to not be presented at my trial . All direct evidence in my case was suppressed , because these officials know it’s easy to convict a black boy with an officer testimony .  Again this is why these parole officers never vouchered the gun to get tested for my DNA, to wrongfully convict me . In addition The parole officer’s own medical expert testified that the parole officer was NOT hit with a firearm in the head , based on the injury it was a stick , and that none of the  injuries the parole officer sustained were life threatening. This clearly shows ,  That the officer was clearly struck with a stick. But in the end, the parole officer’s false testimony  proved stronger than the truth.  ALSO NYPD, was there and only charged me with resisting arrest and top charge assault because a parole officer sustained a non life threatening injury! & this is also why NYPD did not come and testify on parole behalf . Now, I’m Here I am in prison since a kid ,  with 25 to life sentence wrongfully convicted of attempted murder for resisting arrest .
This is why , these parole officers withheld exculpatory evidence and suppressed the firearm to unjustly take my life away . & 

The main goal of this petition is to raise awareness to my unjust sentence and wrongful conviction , resisting arrest should never turn into 25- life .  I just want this case to be investigated and to regain my innocence. Thank you all !
