Open South Mission Beach Volleyball Courts at 6 AM

Open South Mission Beach Volleyball Courts at 6 AM
The Issue
South Mission Beach Volleyball Courts open at 8 AM — but our community is already awake. Hundreds of players, fitness lovers, and early risers show up at South Mission Beach before work, only to find the courts are off limits until 8:00 a.m.
We're asking the City of San Diego to amend the park hours to open at 6:00 a.m., with a Quiet Hours policy (no amplified music) from 6–8 a.m. to respect neighboring residents.
This isn't about parties or tournaments — it's about working people who have one window to be active before their day starts. No lights needed. No extra city resources. Just open courts.
The fix is simple. The demand is real. Sign to show the City of San Diego this matters to our community.
