Larry McDaniel deserves be home. He was stabbed at detention center eye bleed with no care. He went blind waiting on surgery finally got eye surgery then had have another eye surgery and also recently have surgery to breathe. He was inappropriately handled by female guard who 3 different times hit him hard in privates causing injury and put permanent lump on wrist. He put in protective custody 7-10 days no shower, no bathroom rights,  this is wrong suffering, cruel unusual wrong punishment when uncalled for because understaffed. In 2011, He filed prelimary hearing , & fast&speedy trial never got one. Tried fire public defender before same judge twice but was denied. Public defender wouldn't obtain witnesses as client requested breaking Amendment Rights. The 4,5,6,7,&8 Amendment Rights not honored but broken. So took 0-5yr plea and given 10 straight , no work credits, remains lowest level security. I need him home, I have traumatic brain injury , brain tumor & other health concerns , things can't do frustrating after being use to working hard 36 years. Need help at home and need love one home. We applied for compassionate release , State of SC does not honor compassionate release   Only federal, need fair system honor rights anyone else already been released. He has worked hard without pay that's slavery. God put our paths together for reason. we honor our marriage and vows before God. God knows our hearts and has great plan. I write in every letter haven't missed letter What God put together let no one seperate (Matthew 19:6)    Thru our struggles we realize time together can't be replaced but to be valued.

Please help Larry home by signing this petition. We have suffered and need this nightmare over . Need him home and be safe.
