Mr Rodney Boys is the Group Chief Financial Officer at Australia Post and after Ms Holgate was stepped down or went on Annual Leave, he was made Acting Group Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director even before Ms Holgate resigned. Ms Holgate was the Group CEO and MD.
Today, I am going to share my two letters sent to Mr Rodney Boys with you after he was appointed as Acting Group CEO and Managing Director. Mr. Boys is now the FOURTH Managing Director that is responsible to address corruption and cover ups involving numerous Australia Post officials spanning over Fourteen long years after the dismal failures of his three predecessors to resolve this matter.
These three predecessors are:
1. Mr Graeme T. John AO former Managing Director
2. Mr Ahmed Fahour AO former Group CEO & MD
3. Ms Christine Holgate former Group CEO & MD
My supporters know about this long-standing fight for justice against the systemic documented corruption and crimes cover ups for a long time but those that are new to this petition are requested to spend some time reading my previous updates to see the seriousness of this matter.
In short, my identity was used on fraudulently obtained Indonesian Passport to commit offences using Australia Post services. Australia Post officials accepted that passport as a Photo ID and allowed Redirection of our mail to a fraudulently opened PO Box on my name at Haymarket Post Shop in Sydney. The criminals told Australia Post that they were changing home when they engaged in this premeditated criminal activity. Australia Post officials believed them without even first contacting me. It is suspected that there could be more than one person involved.
There was an envelope on my name with a cheque inside. The postman took that envelope back to his Supervisor Mr. Steve Gabell as the house number on the envelope was 38 and that number does not exist in the street we live. It was then discovered that there was a Mail Redirection set up and a PO Box was actively running where the envelope with the cheque was planned to end up.
All these activities, as per Australia Post, were criminal but they have covered up the TRUTH about the matter from us from June 2006. The envelope was addressed to me. This means it is Australia Post’s responsibility to deliver it to me. If they identified that activity as a fraud or crime then it becomes very important for them to tell us the truth, show us the envelope, the cheque, application forms, passport copies etc. and help us to resolve the matter. Instead, they have hidden all these documents from us and then to cover up the REAL matter they provided fabricated documents to me under the FOI Act with the full knowledge that what they supplied was fabricated. On top of this they got many documents certified by their own Manager who was part of the investigations and a JP. He abused his JP powers and that is known to many people in Australia Post and outside of Australia Post as well. His name is Mr Alan Barwick. He was the State Manager NSW of Australia Post Corporate Security Group-CSG NSW at the time.
The reason this matter has remained unresolved is numerous Australia Post officials and numerous others from outside of Australia Post allegedly joined hands to cover up the truth when it was their job to get the truth out and reveal it to us about who was involved and what was the motive.
Three highly experienced and highly paid former Managing Directors of Australia Post have now left Australia Post as named above. What was so compelling for all of them to cover up this matter is the question that is not yet answered.
I hope Mr. Rodney Boys will not follow the same wrong path of cover ups and hiding of the truth taken by his three predecessors. If he does that then his credibility will evaporate very quickly is my view. If he wants to continue to work for Australia Post then he must work with absolute honesty, integrity, values and adhere to their own Ethical Standards at all times. If he follows the unacceptable and the wrong path of his three predecessors in this matter then his departure or removal will be imminent and that too in disgrace is highly likely.
There is no shortage of documented cover ups. Mr Boys must accept the wrongdoings, see me to listen to me first-hand, hold the wrongdoers to account no matter who they are, and restore the lost trust because of the cover ups that are ongoing from June 2006.
Mr Ahmed Fahour promoted few people and allegedly formed a brick wall around him and did not answer my questions. He even covered up the death of one person from me where the cause was suicide. That person was my “Contact Person”. My letter to Mr Fahour dated 18 September 2010 is marked “NFA” -No Further Action by Mr Geoff Williams. This comprehensive letter was my response to the Review conducted on this unresolved matter by Australia Post, four years after it remained unresolved. Mr Geoff Williams was not even authorised to read my letter but he wrote NFA and filed it. His last known position is Board & Shareholder Liaison. Ms Erin Kelly was his boss at the time. The corruption and cover ups have continued. Mr. Geoff Williams did not care that he was even cheating former Senator for NSW the Hon John Williams in his brief on this matter.
Please refer to my previous updates for more details. The employees promoted by Mr Fahour that I am aware of are as follows:
1.Mr Paul Burke EGM, Office of the MD from Corporate Secretary
2. Ms Erin Kelly Corporate Secretary, Office of the MD from Head of Board & Shareholder Liaison
3. Ms Christine Corbett from four levels down to Chief Customer Officer
4. Mr Scott Staunton from Head of Legal to GM Security & Investigations
All the above named allegedly covered up the truth and at least the first three have left Australia Post after Mr Fahour left his 5.6 Million a year job by giving, what in my view were baseless reasons.
Ms Holgate’s resignation is linked by the media to her gifts of four Cartier watches to four senior managers valued at $19950. This is a smokescreen because the same media is not giving me a voice despite my concerns about Ms Holgate and her team are available for the whole of Australia and the world to see and read. There were numerous articles by many journalists on this Cartier watches and Ms Holgate’s resignation linked to it. My comments on these articles, which were reasonable, were never published by these so-called independent journalists. No one wanted to give any importance to ongoing corruption and cover ups in these matters involving many officials of Australia Post.
There is no question here of any media diversity issue because each media is silent on this Australia Post’s documented corruption and cover ups. The matter involving Identity theft cover ups is a universal Public Interest issue. The only difference here is I did not give up and that has exposed unacceptable corruption culture in many places and that must change. We start from eradicating corruption in Australia Post first because we all-the Australian Citizens own it. All those that helped Australia Post in the cover ups may fall immediately like a domino effect after Australia Post officials are brought to justice is highly likely. This is what our country needs today. People uniting to denounce corruption, no matter who is involved, is essential to address declining standards of Democracy in our country. No one should be above the law.
Now please read my letters to Mr. Rodney Boys sent by email. The second one was also faxed to him with my signature. I also called several times and left messages for Mr. Boys to call me back but no one called back. No response or even a simple acknowledgement of my letters is received.

I am writing to you for the first time. I have been writing to Ms Christine Holgate for a long time but she has not responded to my numerous letters, documents, emails, faxes and the phone calls.
With the current situation, it is well publicised that you will be acting in place of Ms Holgate at least for the duration she is away from work for whatever reasons.
I have a long-standing unresolved matter with Australia Post over the use of Indonesian Passport on my name that was accepted by your officials as a photo ID to provide your services such as Redirection of my entire family’s mail to a PO Box in Haymarket, Sydney. That PO box was also fraudulently opened using this passport as a Photo ID.
After the failures of the due processes to get a resolution from June 2006, yes JUNE 2006 I started a petition to Ms Christine Holgate on Change.org platform with the title “Australia Post must never cover up IDENTITY THEFTS”. I sent the copies of my petition and updates regularly to Ms Holgate but she does not respond. Numerous of your past and present employees are aware of this matter but failed to resolve it.
I request you to use this time where you have now been looking after Ms Holgate’s job to resolve this matter.
I need the true copies of the original documents involved in this matter. These are basic documents such as:
1. Redirection of Mail Application form (Real form that was used and not the fabricated supplied to me)
2. PO Box Application form (Real one and not the fabricated supplied to me)
3. Envelope addressed to me with incorrect house number 38 that the Postman took back to Mr Gabell of Alexandria DF)
4. All the documents inside that envelope.
5. The cheque on my name inside that envelope
6. Real Field receipt where all the documents were listed
7. Mail redirection Action Sheet related to this Redirection
8. The Mobile telephone number of my imposter that was called by Mr Steve Gabell of ADF.(This was on the REAL Redirection of Mail application)
9. Real PO Box key hand over documents for the REAL PO Box opened on my name and not the fabricated documents supplied to me.
This letter will give you a golden opportunity to start the resolution of this matter. The following is my update posted yesterday on 31 October 2020 on Change.org platform. My petition to Ms Holgate is easily accessed just by typing in Google “Petition Holgate Vasant”. There are many documents already shared with my supporters. The supporter number is growing and now stands at 19825.
I am aware that you are busy but this matter is ongoing and unresolved and the truth is hidden from us by many Australia Post officials right from the start.
Fraudulent/criminal activities have no expiry date and those who participate in covering up the crimes are equally responsible for their actions and inaction.
I need an immediate resolution process put in place by you. I have written to Mr Andrew Ballantyne-Resolutions Manager but he did not respond to my letters.
I also want to know if the signature on the letter received by my then solicitor Mr Vincent Pelosi of Pelosi & Associates of Mr Paul Gardner is a genuine signature or a forgery. I asked this question to Mr Gardener, Ms Holgate and numerous others but they did not respond.

I sent you one email on 1 November 2020. That was my first email to you. I need an urgent response to that email please.
Due to the resignation of Ms Holgate the matter has now become extremely serious. She not only failed to respond to my letters, documents, faxes, emails and phone calls but also failed to address the unresolved matters and failed to give me a meeting and a voice.
I hope you will not follow the wrong path taken by Ms Holgate and also by Mr Fahour that resulted in the cover ups to continue.
The following is my latest update on Change.org platform of my Petition to Ms Holgate with the title: “Australia Post must never cover up IDENTITY THEFTS. My update was posted yesterday on 7 November 2020.
I am sure you will appreciate that my numerous updates were also sent to Ms Holgate but she did not respond.
I hope in your acting role as MD & Group CEO you will not miss this golden opportunity to address this matter.
I will be contacting many elected representatives and provide this update to them as well. The investigations are ongoing about Australia Post officials spending money on Corporate Credit cards including Ms Holgate.
All the money spent on covering up my ID Theft matter can be seen by you very easily. That cover up has been ongoing for the past over 14 years and 5 months.
Please check all the details of how much was paid to Mr. Batskos of FOI Solutions and his Melbourne to Sydney trips with Mr Caprackas to attend AAT hearings and the use of your resources, time, human power, money power and so on to cover up corruption and crimes that were conveyed to us by Mr. Steve Gabell and also Ms Roslyn. Mr Don Kane was the investigator and his boss was Mr Alan Barwick JP at the time.
Please acknowledge the receipt of this email immediately and proper response very promptly.
I am ready to see you at a mutually convenient time and place to discuss the matter.
You now have the opportunity to add up the cost over 14 years of keeping the matter covered up from my family-the victims.
If spending $20,000 on watches given as gifts has created so much turmoil what will happen on the money spent on the corruption and crimes cover ups that are still not ending?
