I have been fighting against the systemic documented corruption and cover ups from June 2006. It all started from Australia Post officials identifying and confirming the fraudulent use of INDONESIAN PASSPORT on my name as a PHOTO ID at their outlets to redirect my entire family’s mail to a PO Box in Haymarket in Sydney City.
What happened next was very serious. The initial honesty displayed by two employees of Australia Post evaporated in two days’ time once the matter was handed over to Australia Post Corporate Security Group officials. The cover ups of the truth behind my identity theft, the motive, premeditated nature of corrupt, fraudulent and criminal activities was all hidden straight away and that cover up has not ended to date. That period is 14 years 4 months and 25 days.
This unprecedented matter in the history of our country-Australia and also Australia Post has been covered up by numerous people from within and also from outside of Australia Post. There has been exodus of senior people from within Australia Post over the years. They all tried their best to allegedly cover up the matter but then when they started getting exposed for the part they played in the alleged cover ups they left Australia Post. This is my view.
Among those that have left are three Managing Directors.
1. Ms Christine Holgate
2. Mr Ahmed Fahour
3. Mr Graeme T. John
Mr Fahour and Ms Holgate were also Group Chief Executive Officers-CEO’s
The media BLACKOUT of this unprecedented story, despite my petition to Ms Holgate with the title “Australia Post must never cover up IDENTITY THEFTS” is now signed and supported by 19936 people from across Australia is the confirmation that ordinary people like us that are fighting for justice will not get the support they deserve from the media that easily.
I have written to numerous media outlets, senior journalists, investigative TV programmes, the current affairs programmes and so on but no one has shown any interest so far despite the corruption and cover ups are documented and despite Ms Holgate has resigned by giving baseless reason.
Our numerous elected representatives are contacted by me on a regular basis but they either do not respond or respond baselessly. This story is a documentary evidence of the systemic and intentional failures of the democratic processes used by me to get the truth out.
Now please look closely at the latest resignation of Ms Christine Holgate-former MD & Group CEO of Australia Post.
The entire media is saying that she left because of the expensive Cartier watches given by her to the four senior employees was seen as unacceptable while those employees were already highly paid.
In my view this is a 100% false story. 100% baseless story. 100% easy escape route provided to Ms Holgate to run away from Australia Post job. 100% untrustworthy story made up by the media. 100% indirect support to Ms Holgate by many big names in our country that already know about my fight for justice from many years already. 100% deliberate derailing of the truth behind this resignation to protect Ms Holgate’s reputation. 100% deviation from the independence and impartiality that is expected from the media. 100% exaggeration and disproportionately blowing out the story of $20,000 spent by Ms Holgate to give away expensive Cartier watches as gifts some two years ago.
What is then the TRUTH behind her unwarranted resignation?
1. Ms Holgate was requested numerous times to address corruption and crimes covered up by numerous Australia Post officials by me but she never cared to address the documented alleged criminal activities, fabrication of documents, supply of JP certified fabricated documents to me where that JP was Australia Post’s State Manager CSG NSW based in Strawberry Hills in Sydney at the time.
2. Ms Holgate failed to tell me if the signature of Mr Paul Gardner on a letter to my then solicitor was a genuine signature or was a forgery. She failed to address my official complaint against Mr Paul Gardner. Please refer to my previous updates.
3. Ms Holgate failed to respond to my numerous emails, faxes, letters in the mail, phone calls, documents sent in the mail where the corruption and crimes were hidden by Australia Post officials.
4. Ms Holgate failed to direct her former Chief Customer Officer Ms Christine Corbett to address this matter. Ms Corbett’s last declared remuneration was 1.5 Million dollars. Ms Corbett left Australia Post after 27 years she worked there. Ms. Corbett failed to justify her baseless categorical denial of any corruption and crimes cover ups by Australia Post officials to me. My numerous letters to her went unanswered after that baseless denial.
5. Ms Holgate failed to direct her Resolutions Manager to address this matter. He is Mr Andrew Ballantyne. My email to Ms Holgate was automatically received by Mr Ballantyne in the past. This email was not for Mr Ballantyne to read. Until that time I did not know who Mr Ballantyne was.
6. Ms Holgate failed to direct her General Counsel & Corporate Secretary to address this matter. He is Mr. Nick Macdonald. Mr. Macdonald has failed to respond to any of my letters.
7. Ms Holgate ignored the letter and many documents I sent to her Executive Assistant Ms Helen Moritz. Ms Moritz asked me to provide information to her. Later I was told that Ms Helen Moritz is no longer the Executive Assistant to Ms Holgate.
8. Ms Holgate failed to direct the Investigator into these matters to address this matter. That Investigator was Mr Don Kane. My numerous emails, letter and SMS messages have been ignored by Mr Kane. He was given all the REAL Documents for investigation on 16 June 2006 by Mr Steve Gabell at Australia Post’s Alexandria Delivery Facility.
9. Ms Holgate allegedly used her former Corporate Secretary to baselessly respond to my supporter’s letter to Ms Holgate to address this matter. That former Corporate Secretary was Ms Erin Kelly. It was reported that she left Australia Post. Ms Erin Kelly has been actively participating in hiding the truth and once talked about Legal approach by Australia Post to silence me. Nothing worked for her. She was in the inner circle of Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour as well. Her baseless letter to the former Shadow Minister for Communication the Hon Jason Clare MP exposed her more. Please refer to my previous updates.
10. Ms Holgate failed to ask her Corporate lawyer to address this matter. This Corporate lawyer knows this matter from the start. He was based at Strawberry Hills in Sydney in 2006 and my first FOI application was received by him. He is Mr Steve Brotherson. He also attended all the AAT hearings and knows the corruption and cover ups first hand. He never responded to my letters.
11. Ms Holgate failed to tell me who cashed my Money Order of $30 that was sent as my FOI application fees and that $30 cash was then shown as the Compensation paid for the uninsured Postal article to balance the books. This was an outright alleged criminal act to hide the FOI application fees paid by me. Ms Holgate does not want to disclose who took $30 cash against my money order.
12. Ms Holgate followed the wrong path taken by Mr Ahmed Fahour to hide the truth. I mentioned that to Ms Holgate many times but she did not care. Mr Fahour left his 5.6-Million-dollar job by providing baseless reasons. His press conference was considered bizarre when he conveyed his resignation. Once again, the truth behind his resignation has not come out yet. The media assumed that his resignation was due to his 5.6 Million remuneration that was questioned by the former PM the Hon Malcolm Turnbull. That assumption was fundamentally wrong and the truth is hidden behind his abrupt resignation. The reasons provided by Mr Fahour for resigning were also baseless. Mr. Turnbull ignored Australia Post’s corruption since he was the Shadow Minister for Communications. I will elaborate that later. Please refer to my previous updates as well.
13. Ms Holgate did not ask any questions to the former EGM Mr Paul Burke who knows this matter inside out. Mr Burke left Australia Post job after Mr Fahour left. He joined the same business where Mr Fahour is now CEO. It is Latitude Financial Services. Mr Burke was previously Corporate Secretary when he wrote to me on behalf of Mr. Fahour.
14. Ms Holgate failed to ask any questions to address this matter to Mr Scott J. Staunton. Mr. Staunton has made one flawed FOI Review decision on my matters while he was the Deputy General Counsel. He was later made General Manager-Security & Investigations. In my view he could be Special Counsel now. Mr Staunton has failed to respond to my many letters. He has spent many years at Australia Post. He was, despite sitting on this unresolved matter, made Authorised Officer to receive information from the Whistleblowers by Mr Fahour when the PID Act 2013 came into effect. PID stands for “Public Interest Disclosure”.
15. Ms Holgate failed to ask any questions to Mr Geoff Williams. Ms Williams has tried his best to hide the truth for number of years. He still could be Board & Shareholder Liaison. Ms Erin Kelly was his boss when she was Head of Board & Shareholder Liaison before she was made Corporate Secretary. Mr Fahour even created a new unheard-of position for Ms Kelly. It was Corporate Secretary, Office of the Managing Director. This position was later abolished and went back to Corporate Secretary under Ms Holgate.
16. Ms Holgate failed to ask any questions to Mr Evan Henley. He was the Corporate Lawyer. He was also made PID Authorised officer and failed to do his job with honesty and integrity in my matters. Now he has left Australia Post and works for Energy Australia.
17. Ms Holgate failed to ask any questions to Mr Andy Caprackas. Mr Caprackas has left Australia Post long ago but he is not far from Australia Post Headquarters in Melbourne. He was FOI Review decision maker and supplied fabricated documents certified by Mr Alan Barwick JP with the full knowledge that they were fabricated. He attended all the AAT hearings and was sitting with the hired Lawyer and me at the AAT-Administrative Appeals Tribunal in Sydney. My matters were taken to AAT by me because Australia Post was not giving me REAL documents involved in these activities. That was back in 2008.The name of the hired lawyer is Mr Mick Batskos. He runs a business called FOI Solutions from Melbourne and is well known in the state of Victoria and in the country as the Guru to advise governments on how to hide the truth and documents using loopholes in the FOI Act. He also provides training to the FOI officers. In my case, however, he got exposed as allegedly morally bankrupt and dishonest person. Australia Post spent all the money, time and resources to fly him and Mr Caprackas from Melbourne to Sydney for many AAT hearings to cover up the truth. Please refer to my previous updates.
18. Ms Holgate failed to ask any questions to two employees of Australia Post (either past or present) about this unresolved matter. They are Mr Steve Gabell and Ms Roslyn. They were at Alexandria Delivery Facility of Australia Post in Sydney at the time. They told us about the envelope address to me with incorrect house number, how the postman brought it back and how the fraud was discovered. Then they went silent. Mr Gabell also told us about the cheque in the envelope. Please refer to my previous updates.
19. Ms Holgate failed to ask any questions to Mr Oliver Cousland. He made one flawed Review decision on my matters under the FOI Act. His “Copy and Paste” decision was full of dishonesty that has stuck to his name for ever. He did not respond to my letters at all. He now works for Aurora Energy.
20. Ms Holgate did not ask any questions to Mr Romain Vula as well. He was the FOI decision maker and when questioned about his baseless decision by me he never responded because he thought he will get away like others.
21. Ms Holgate did not ask any questions to the initial flawed decision maker Mr Raj Pavarajah. He wrote “no documents exist’ to all the requested documents and then provided FABRICATED Documents to me that were the Redirection of Mail Application and PO Box Application. He must have left Australia Post long ago.
22. Ms Holgate did not ask any questions to Ms Lia Tomaras National Senior Manager Customer Care. I had a telephone conversation with Ms Tomaras. Please refer to my previous updates. She has not responded to my many letters and SMS messages.
23. Ms Holgate did not ask any questions to Mr Gary Starr as well. My many letters to him were not responded by him. In fact, Mr Starr was one of the recipients of the Cartier watch. Recent reports say that his remuneration totalled $1.2 Million including the bonus.
24. Ms Holgate did not ask any questions to Ms Nicole Sheffield as well. Ms Sheffield replaced Ms Corbett. I hoped that Ms Sheffield would respond but she failed as well. Ms Sheffield was then allowed to work at ABC by Ms Holgate where she will lead the ABC Advisory Council. This part time job with ABC is in massive conflict of interest. Who is going to monitor if Ms Sheffield uses her Australia Post office to do ABC work? Despite being the Executive General Manager Community and Consumer Ms Sheffield failed to respond to my letters to resolve this matter.
25. Ms Holgate did not ask any questions to Mr Rod Lemish. He allegedly breached the PID Act rules while closing my disclosure file very dishonestly. He allegedly leaked my disclosures to Mr Geoff Williams who is part of the team covering up this matter.
Recently both portfolio Ministers for Australia Post have quit politics. They are:
1. The former Senator and Minister for Communications the Hon Mitch Fifield.
2. The former Senator and Minister for Finance the Hon Mathias Cormann.
None of them have responded to any of my letters during the entire period they were responsible for Australia Post’s unacceptable conduct.

Ms Holgate’s resignation has not been investigated yet. Her baseless statement that the gift of watches to her Executives does not pass the “Pub Test” is not going to be accepted by the Australian people is my view.
Her expertise fell too short when it came to addressing the unacceptable bad culture of high-ranking Australia Post employees. This allegedly bad culture has not developed overnight because it went on under the entire period Mr Fahour was the MD & Group CEO as well is my view.
I am not aware of how many others have worked behind the scenes to cover up the truth in these matters.
Where is the MEDIA? Who are they afraid of? Why is this documented corruption and cover up has been ignored by the media and also by the numerous elected representatives? The constituents of each and every elected member are the owners of Australia Post. Why the owners are kept in the dark about the corruption and cover ups?
This fight will only intensify. Ms Holgate needs to address this matter and needs to be asked questions under the current investigations that are in progress in the parliament. Your help in that regard will be highly appreciated.
How much money was spent over the FOURTEEN years to cover up corruption and crimes? It will exceed multiple times of $20,000 spent for watches for sure.
Who will audit the books? Mr Batskos of FOI Solutions does not come cheap. He is brought in when the expertise of the in-house lawyers falls way too short to exploit the loop holes in the FOI Act. In my case however Mr Batskos’ encyclopaedic knowledge of the FOI Act did not work to resolve this matter. Victorian government in the past paid close to One Million dollars to Mr Batskos to do their FOI work. I have the news paper cuttings of the Herald Sun of that news.
If $20,000 gift of watches does not pass the “Pub Test” then what will happen when this matter is exposed to the nation? It will not pass ANY TEST.
Our Prime Minister the Hon Scott Morrison MP says “Nobody is above the law”. Well, will he give me a voice in the parliament to ask questions to Ms Holgate and also to Mr Fahour and their teams?
We, the people of this nation, have the responsibility to wipe out corruption from everywhere. We now have a golden opportunity to start from somewhere. That somewhere is AUSTRALIA POST.
I request all those that will be reading this update to send it to their Local Member of Parliament and every Senator of their State to help start eradicating corruption in Australia Post first.

If you can see our pain and sufferings that have not stopped from June 2006, why Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour and everyone else at Australia Post cannot see it? Why the elected representatives and the media as well cannot see it? Why is everyone silent? Who was caught while opening the PO Box on my name to get hands on the cheque on my name?
This unprecedented fight for justice has exposed our derailed democracy and we must put our hands together to put it back on its tracks to make our country CORRUPTION FREE.
Please help. Please sign my petition and please make comments if you can. It does not matter that Ms Holgate has resigned. Her resignation is not going to stop the parliamentary investigations.
All my letters that Ms Holgate and others in Australia Post did not respond to could be made available to the media for publication if they want to make a change. Honesty, integrity, values, unbiased reporting, transparency and independent and impartial journalism will be the very basic requirements to get the information from me. So far, I have not come across anyone that is ready to commit to these basic requirements. Where are all those Walkley award winners vanished?
The truth will always triumph because that is a universal fact.
