Behind most of the abrupt resignations of the big names in our country there is always something that is boiling behind the scenes is my view.

Ms Holgate’s resignation has nothing to do with the Cartier watches given as gifts by her to four senior employees of Australia Post for their outstanding performance is my view.

Below is the possible explanation of what was boiling in the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet for a very long time. This is also the case with the Department of Communications which is now part of the other Departments. Previously it was a standalone Department. 

I have never given up on my fight for justice against the systemic documented corruption and cover ups for my family. That fight is ongoing from June 2006. Please refer to my many updates posted so far along with the documents to get an idea of the highest-level documented dishonesty, corruption, inactions, cover ups, and alleged misconduct of unacceptable proportions of many people.

My numerous requests to Ms Holgate to resolve this matter by starting a resolution process were ignored by her. This matter of my Identity theft cover ups, where Indonesian Passport on my name was used to commit offences using Australia Post services, has remained unresolved.

Numerous people in Australia Post and numerous elected representatives from every side of politics are made aware of this unresolved matter but there is no resolution and there is no help coming at all even from my Local Federal Member of Parliament the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP of Labor party.

My following letter to the Prime Minister the Hon Scott Morrison MP is self-explanatory. No response was ever received. We have seen his disappointment about the watches given as gifts by Ms Holgate in the Parliament but we have not seen any publicly expressed outrage about Ms Holgate’s silence on the documented corruption and cover ups involving numerous Australia Post officials over the years.

Please read my following letter to the Prime Minister and you may agree that the watches given as gifts was just a smokescreen and that amount of just under $20,000 could have been returned by Ms Holgate happily, if it was so objectionable, as her personal gift to those four employees. In my view this amount was a very small amount for Ms Holgate as it is not a secret that she is a millionaire.

Dear Prime Minister,

This is to bring to your attention that I have been fighting for justice for my family from June 2006. All the democratic processes used to get a resolution have failed so far. There was one option available to share my fight for justice with the people of this nation. That option was to use Change.org platform.

I started a petition to Ms Christine Holgate MD & Group CEO of Australia Post with the title:

“Australia Post must never cover up IDENTITY THEFTS”

This petition is now signed and supported by 14031 people from all the corners of Australia.

Ms Holgate did not respond to my numerous letters with my concerns and a request for a meeting is ignored by her all along.

The faith in democratic processes is eroding as the people appointed to be independent and impartial are not always displaying those requirements.

Numerous Australia Post officials have breached their ethical standards from June 2006.

We need a corruption free Australia and Australia Post. Our country is perceived as getting more and more corrupt every year which is of great concern to me.

I decided to write to you because your Minister for Communications the Hon Paul Fletcher MP has failed to address the matter. This is also the case with his predecessor Mr Mitch Fifield and before him Mr Malcolm Turnbull.

The cover ups of my Identity theft have been ongoing from June 2006. What I need is very simple. Australia Post has failed to provide me with the documents that I am entitled to for all these years.

The unacceptable conduct of many in the Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman is shocking.

The unacceptable conduct of Dr James Popple and Prof. John McMillan while they were FOI Commissioner and Information Commissioner respectively is not just shocking but was alleged criminal misbehaviour while handling my matters where I was seeking documents from AFP and Australia Post.

The conduct of Ms Geri Ettinger when she was the Senior Member of AAT has exposed her as the person with lost values and integrity. She even made a decision that had fabricated material. Fortunately, she cannot change her decision now that is with fabricated part.

I have serious concerns that a baseless excuse given to me that Australia Post is independent of government and does not receive any funding from the taxpayers in the past by many does not hold any water. If this is the case then what was the problem of the government if Mr Fahour received 5.6 million or 10 Million?

Mr Fahour has left job after sitting on the documented corruption and cover ups for almost the entire duration he was the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post. Under his watch one person has passed away and the cause of death is suicide. His name is Mr Bob Croxford and that name was provided to me as my contact person just 19 days prior to his last day on this earth. That death was not properly investigated is my view. It was reported to Coroners Court of Victoria.

The following Australia Post officials that are aware of this matter have left their jobs after failing to resolve it.

There is an ongoing demand for a Federal ICAC. All the people involved in the cover ups may have been deterred if such a body was in place is my view.

Please take this matter very seriously is my request to you. I hope you will not ignore me like your many predecessors. What is the point in writing to the PM and then not even getting a response?

I need Ms Holgate to answer my concerns and resolve the matter. Her silence is not acceptable.

It is your responsibility to see that the people engaged in documented cover ups are investigated because you said “Nobody is above the law”.

Ordinary people expect honest, fair and efficient leadership. I hope you will help my family to get a resolution. My fight for justice is not going to stop. If the trust is lost what is then left?

Dear Supporters, this was the end of my letter to the Prime Minister back on 16 February 2020. My requests to Ms Holgate continued to resolve the matter but she did not respond and did not take my offer to bring along numerous others that knew this matter if she wanted to for a meeting.

My petition has now been signed and supported by 20102 people from every corner of Australia. I thank each one of them for their support and also many comments made in my support by numerous supporters. Those comments gave us all the strength and encouragement to fight against the injustice that is not stopping.

The politicians not responding and helping is not fair especially when the matter has been ongoing for this long and the corrupt conduct of the decision makers is documented.

Ms Holgate’s resignation is not a straight forward resignation because she appointed an Employment law expert lawyer to protect her employment but then suddenly resigned. What has then happened so quickly?

Spending on the legal help to prove that the PM has humiliated her was very easy for her because there was no shortage of money to pay the lawyer is my view.

Where is our so-called expert media gone? Where are those Walkley award winners gone? Where is 60 Minutes? Four Corners? A Current Affair, the Guardian, the Daily Telegraph, Sydney Morning Herald? Where are you ABC? Where are you Ms Ita Buttrose? Why do they fail to respond to my letters? who are they afraid of?

Special Note:

Ms Holgate and Ms Buttrose allowed Ms Nicole Sheffield to take up part time role of leading ABC Advisory Council. Ms Sheffield has a massive alleged conflict of interest as ABC is expected to be independent and impartial. Ms Sheffield replaced Ms Christine Corbett as the Executive General Manager-Community & Consumer and since taking office she failed to respond to even my single letter from many I sent her. Who is she protecting at Australia Post? Ms Corbett denied any corruption and crimes cover ups to me in writing and then could not respond to my letters in response to her baseless denials and then made a run by leaving her 27 years’ job with Australia Post. Why would someone go to AGL on the same position of Chief Customer Officer? Ms Corbett previously was Chief Customer Officer before new EGM role was created for her and others. Ms Corbett’s last declared remuneration was 1.5 Million dollars and she allegedly became part of the cover ups. Please read my previous update about Ms Corbett.

Ms Sheffield also worked for the News Limited and no one is responding to my letters from Daily Telegraph as well which is a News Limited publication.  

The journalists do not have to hide their source of information in this matter here for investigating this matter. My books are open for those that can confirm that they will do their jobs with absolute honesty, integrity and values in the interest of protecting the democracy in Australia and they will not get pressured by anyone and they will hold the people with power to account for allowing the corruption and crimes covered up for this long.

Is there anyone out there that wants to put their hand up to give me a voice? Mr. Rodney Boys has been appointed as Acting MD & CEO of Australia Post. He is the Group Chief Financial Officer.

I hope he will not carry on like Ms Holgate and also like Mr Fahour to cover up the truth. If he does, he may face the same scrutiny as Ms Holgate is my view.

Dear Supporters, this unprecedented matter has exposed deep rooted corruption culture in Australia Post and also other places as well. Apart from the names listed above there are three other names come to light that are not responding to my letters. They are Mr Nick Macdonald- General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, Ms Lia Tomaras, and Ms Helen Moritz. Ms Erin Kelly may have left her job long ago. She was Corporate Secretary.

Please do not remain silent and please support every corruption fighter and whistle-blower because that will make everyone’s life better in our country. We do not need corrupt people anywhere and to eradicate corruption we start from Australia Post because we OWN Australia Post.

Since Ms Holgate has resigned, she must tell the truth now about her silence on documented corruption and cover ups and the truth about the cover ups otherwise her reputation will have a permanent dent that she will never ever be able to fix. This is my view.

The power of money has great limitations and the power of TRUTH is limitless.

The current investigations about Ms Holgate, the Board and the other employees must be extended to see how much money was spent by Australia Post to cover up the corruption and crimes over 14 years because that money, the resources, legal might, abuse of power and authority, fabrication and manipulations and the external lawyer hire etc. all cost money and time. The $20,000 may look like a small change when the corruption and cover ups costs  over 14 years are added together is my view.

Please help my family to get justice.
