With the latest developments surrounding Ms Christine Holgate and the Board of Australia Post, where Ms Holgate has now appointed highly experienced Employment lawyer to represent her, I have to remind my supporters that, before my Identity was used on Indonesian Passport to commit offenses using Australia Post services, my wife had also appointed a lawyer to represent her because of her unfair treatment by her employer-Randwick City Council.
The matter surrounding my wife and her treatment exposed unacceptable conduct of number of Randwick City Council officials. My wife’s lawyer’s letters were not responded by the employer. Ms Holgate’s lawyer is also publicly stating that Ms Holgate’s employer-Australia Post Board has not responded to his letters and not provided any reasons about why she needs to step down. The lawyer appointed by Ms Holgate is also reported as saying that she has not received anything regarding the investigations launched by the government.
My wife requested the General Manager of the Council to appoint a Conduct Committee to hear her matters, as per the rules governing the Council. Suddenly within a week of that request my entire family’s mail was redirected to a PO Box in Haymarket.
All the letters from my wife’s lawyer coming to our home, all the letters from the Randwick Council coming to our home and all the other mail was planned to end up in this PO Box opened on my name.
Australia Post officials allegedly knew the people involved and have hidden the truth from us from June 2006. To cover up this matter Australia Post has gone to the extra-ordinary lengths of providing me falsified documents certified by a JP where that JP was their State Manager NSW of their Corporate Security Group-CSG. Then they are not giving me my mail where there was a cheque on my name inside the envelope. Australia Post officials are not giving us the copies of REAL documents involved in this matter.
In 2006 there was no online facility to redirect mail. The forms were filled by the fraudsters to redirect our mail and to open a PO Box on my name. Keys of that PO box were handed over to the alleged criminals.
The following three Managing Director of Australia Post allegedly failed to show any honesty, integrity and values to resolve this matter and there are numerous other employees of Australia Post that helped each other to cover up the truth. That list includes FOI Officers, Legal Officers, Corporate Lawyers, Investigator, Post officials, external lawyer with expertise in FOI related matters, Chief Customer Officers, Executive General Managers, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, former Corporate Secretary, Head of Board and Shareholder Liaison and Public Interest Disclosure-PID officials.

I kept using democratic processes to get a resolution and to my greatest disappointment others started protecting Australia Post as well by breaching their own rules and service charters when the matter was before others, outside of Australia Post, for a resolution. When so many people know about this matter and cover ups how Mr Fahour was honoured with AO is beyond belief. People honoured with Officer of the Order of Australia-AO are expected to be respectable, honest, moral and ethical people is my understanding.
Please refer to my many previous updates to see how others have also acted dishonestly and corruptly.
This matter is known to numerous elected representatives-past and present. It is also known to numerous Australia Post officials-past and present.
This matter has seen documented dishonesty, corrupt conduct, criminal misbehaviour, fabrication and manipulation of decisions and reports all along. Our democracy has hit with a cancer for a very long time at least while addressing this matter.
Now for Ms Holgate to remain silent on this matter and not responding to my letters, documents, faxes, phone calls and emails is unacceptable and that conduct is also the knowledge of numerous elected representatives. This includes representatives from all sides of politics-Liberals, Nationals, Labor, the Greens and even some Independents. Numerous Senators know about it and some have sent me brush off letters.
My Local Federal Member of Parliament is the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP. He is of Labor party. He knows this matter since 2012 when he was the Senator for NSW and then when the Hon Peter Garrett quit politics he got elected as the Member for Kingsford Smith. Mr Garrett had my serious concerns about this matter sitting in his tray for months and then he decided to quit politics.
Recently Mr Thistlethwaite has sent me a baseless letter about where to go to get a resolution when he knows that many of those places have engaged in the corruption as well by breaching their rules. He had no problems asking questions in the Parliament to Bank CEO’s but he has no courage to ask a single question to Ms Holgate and before her to Mr Fahour.
My serious concerns about my Local Federal Member of parliament deserve publicity and public questioning. I have no doubt that his failures to help my family by raising this matter in the parliament could expose him for dismally failing to act on this matter which is his job. He gets paid for that. At every election he uses his photo with his wife and small kids to show that he is a honest family man. He may be a honest family man but must also be an honest MP at the same time. He has not cared that my family has suffered and continues to suffer. His staff member recently allegedly misbehaved over the phone and kept on reading that baseless letter sent to me by Mr. Thistlethwaite, despite I kept on telling him to stop reading that letter over the phone as I had the letter. I called his office after the widespread news that Ms Holgate was asked to step down. My call was to emphasise the importance of representing me and my family in the parliament. I wanted to talk to Mr Thistlethwaite by taking appointment but his staff member Alexei said “that is not going to happen”.
Due to this ID Theft, the Randwick City Council matter got derailed and despite asking countless times to Australia Post investigator and others if the people caught in this matter had anything to do with Randwick City Council but they did not respond. They do not show us the cheque, the envelope, the Mail Redirection and PO Box opening forms and who went to open the PO Box to get hands on the cheque. This complete silence from numerous Australia Post officials is a National Disgrace. Their three Managing Directors have failed to act and tell us the truth.
If Ms Holgate is going to be investigated for purchasing four expensive watches for her Senior Managers as a gift then this unresolved matter must be simultaneously investigated as well. Watches given as gifts then will look like very much insignificant matter as compared to cover ups of corruption and crimes identified by Australia Post officials that have remained unresolved. Ms Holgate ignoring the cover ups is a very serious matter.
This unprecedented matter has exposed the corruption culture in many places including Australia Post and we, the people of this nation, cannot remain silent. No matter who is in the government the corruption is not curbed.
We demand the truth and nothing but the truth from Australia Post officials immediately. They cannot hide the identities of all those involved in these premeditated activities of criminal nature from us-the victims. Using passport on my name was serious enough but covering up the truth from June 2006 is unacceptable from every angle. I gave numerous names of the employees of Australia Post that are conversant with these matters to Ms Holgate to accompany her to the meeting if she wanted to but she never responded to my requests for a meeting with her at all.
Those that went to the extraordinary lengths to see that we do not receive our mail, while the matter with my wife’s employer was before the lawyers, were allegedly protected by Australia Post officials. If there was no connection with Randwick Council then also it was the responsibility of Australia Post officials to tell us the truth. It was their job to help us as per the Investigator Mr Don Kane.
My petition is now signed and supported by 19824 people from across Australia. Please help us to get justice because this matter deserves an immediate resolution and that means both Mr Ahmed Fahour and his former team members and Ms Holgate and her former and current team members have to come clean and tell us the truth.
To resolve this matter Ms Holgate was given numerous opportunities. She failed dismally to act. This update will be sent to Mr Rodney Boys who has been appointed in Ms Holgate’s place while she is away from her job. Whether she has stepped down or she has gone on Annual Leave is immaterial.
