Mr Christine Holgate has resigned. Why? The recent resignation of Ms Holgate is linked to Cartier watches, costing just under $20,000, given as gifts to four employees of Australia Post by her. This is one of the thickest smokescreens generated in the recent times is my view.
Ms Holgate and her predecessor Mr Ahmed Fahour were allegedly sitting on documented corruption and cover ups involving numerous Australia Post officials that were involved in the cover ups of my Identity theft matter. This is ongoing and unresolved from June 2006. Both of them, while in the office as the Group CEO and Managing Director failed to resolve this matter of national public interest.
All those that are new to this petition are requested to please read my previous many updates.
Those who remained silent on Australia Post officials’ unacceptable conduct came from many places. Today, I am sharing my email that I wrote to the former Minister for Communications, who went on to become the Prime Minister, for my supporters and future supporters to read. He is the Hon Malcolm Turnbull. Recently he has joined hands to blame media with another former PM the Hon Kevin Rudd for destroying democracy in our country. In my view both of them have a valid point because the hidden or open media bias is nothing new.
I have contacted many media outlets and many journalists but they have no courage to be independent and impartial. They have no courage to expose the highest-level documented corruption and cover ups in this matter of international public interest. Identity thefts is nothing new but the cover ups in this matter are unprecedented in the history of Australia and also Australia Post. This is my view.
Mr Turnbull was first contacted by me in August 2011 while he was the Shadow Minister for Communications when Mr Rudd was the Prime Minister. When the Hon Tony Abbott won the 2013 Federal election by defeating Mr. Rudd, he made Mr Turnbull Minister for Communications. Mr Turnbull failed to respond to my numerous letters. He was assisted by his staff at his Edgecliff office. One of them was Ms Sally Betts. Ms Betts is a long-time friend, was a staff member and supporter of Mr Turnbull. She even wanted to contest the seat of Wentworth in NSW held by Mr Turnbull after he quit politics.
She once called me and said “I have spread all your documents and want to find out how Malcolm can help”. Mr Turnbull was the Shadow Minister for Communications at the time. That help never came. I requested for my documents to be returned to me if Mr Turnbull did not want to help. Ms Betts wrote to me that they do not need documents for helping and was posting those back to me after months of having them. The mail with my documents never arrived. In fact, I had supplied one self-addressed A4 size Registered Post envelope for returning my documents but nothing was sent back to me. The cover ups of Australia Post continued after Mr Turnbull became the Minister for Communications and then the Prime Minister. Mr Turnbull failed to hold Australia Post to account despite he had numerous opportunities to do so. Under his leadership Australia Post could get a stamp price rise of 30 cents in one hit. The stamps for ordinary letter jumped from 70 cents to $1.00 under Mr Turnbull and Mr Fahour. It appears that they became good friends.
With all the direct/indirect support coming from people on high levels, Australia Post officials were confident that nothing will happen to them and they could continue to work for Australia Post without any possibility of getting caught in the wrongdoings. This is my view.
The more I fought for justice the more people joined hands to help Australia Post by even breaching their own rules, service charters and moral and ethical responsibilities.
This gave Australia Post officials more time and further chance to cover up the corruption and crimes that they identified.
No one wants to tell us the truth about who was behind the Redirection of our mail, PO Box opening on my name, obtaining Indonesian Passport on my name and who wrote the cheque on my name to end up in the PO Box opened on my name. Australia Post officials are hiding the envelope addressed to me with this cheque inside despite the envelope was addressed to me. This is against the rules governing Australia Post because it was my mail that they did not deliver. The cover ups started and have never ended to this day.
Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour were given numerous opportunities to resolve this matter but they failed and then came the unwarranted and poorly explained resignations.
My email to Mr Turnbull dated 14 March 2015 was also faxed to him with my signature.
The democracy was hit with a cancer back then while Mr Rudd and Mr Turnbull were the Prime Ministers and they were made aware of this but failed to bring the democracy back on its tracks from its derailment and failed to treat that cancer when they had numerous opportunities to do so.
I challenge both Mr Rudd and Mr Turnbull to arrange for television time to answer my questions about why they remained silent on documented corruption and cover ups of Australia Post officials.
The reckless spending to cover up this matter continued and still the people on the high levels in Australia Post are reluctant to come up with the truth.
Now please read my email to Mr Turnbull dated 14 March 2015. Mr Turnbull was requested to provide me information as Australia Post was under his portfolio responsibility.

This was the end of my email to Mr Turnbull.
Dear Supporters,
No response to the points above was ever received. Mr Turnbull’s successor- the former Senator and Minister for Communications the Hon Mitch Fifield was no different. He did not respond to my many letters and followed the same path of Mr Turnbull of remaining silent on Australia Post officials’ corruption and cover ups. He prematurely quit politics but not before securing the lucrative position of Permanent Representative of Australia to the United Nations based in New York. Will anyone investigate why he quit politics? He helped Mr Turnbull to remove Mr Abbott from office. Mr Turnbull gave him his Communications portfolio after he became PM. In his Valedictory speech Mr Fifield did not say ONE WORD about Australia Post. What does that say when he was the Minister responsible for Australia Post?
I thank my 20325 supporters for their support and help. These supporters have come from every corner of Australia. They all want to know the truth and why this matter is covered up despite numerous people with power in our country are aware of it.
This fight for justice is not going to stop just because Ms Holgate has left her job.
I have already contacted Mr Rodney Boys who has been appointed as Acting Group CEO and Managing Director after the resignation of Ms Holgate.
I hope he will come up with the truth and not compromise his values to protect wrongdoers from within and also from outside of Australia Post.
Criminal activities have no expiry date and the more the cover ups continue the more intensified this fight for justice will become.
Next week I will try to share my experiences with the former PM the Hon Kevin Rudd. He was elected in his Griffith seat of Queensland but chose to quit politics abruptly forcing a by-election at the expense of the taxpayers.
Mr Rudd then left Australia without giving any interviews to live in USA. Please correct me if I am wrong. What was so compelling for him to quit politics just after winning his seat?
I have signed his petition because the trust in the media is eroding fast. My story is compelling and is filled with evidence and still the media is silent on documented corruption and cover ups. Why am I not given any voice even by my Local Federal Member of Parliament the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP? What is he afraid of despite getting paid to represent his constituents?
The corruption has not been curbed under successive governments and that is of great concern to me.
Please help my family to get justice because the treatment we are receiving must be denounced with one voice. The hiding of the truth must end.
This could happen to anyone at any time if the people with power are allowed to abuse their powers with ease with no questions asked and no ramifications for their unacceptable conduct.
Please keep supporting and commenting in large numbers to make a change and to see that the victims of any kind are helped and supported.
My petition is full of truth and it is proved that the power of money is nothing against the power of truth.
Australia Post officials abusing their powers and then running away from their jobs deserve full scale investigations. Those that are hanging onto their jobs and participated in the cover ups must also be investigated.
All the money, human power, resources, legal costs, travel costs, FOI decision making costs, costs involved in tampering of the records, supply of falsified documents and so on must be added together. This is ongoing for over 14 Years and 5 months and then the money spent for Cartier watches will look very much insignificant. Who will order the corruption and crimes cover ups cost incurred by Australia Post to be disclosed to the public?
I request Mr Boys to reveal that cost to me and my family first. This was taxpayers’ money if the Cartier watches was the taxpayers’ money as per our Prime Minister the Hon Scott Morrison MP.
Ms Holgate needs to come clean and so is Mr Ahmed Fahour on the cover ups that are not ending.
Mr. Rodney Boys is not expected to remain silent like Ms Holgate. My Express Post letter to him was delivered on 25 November 2020.
I will expect him to respond urgently. If he fails to respond to that letter it will be shared with my supporters because we all own Australia Post and the owners cannot be cheated, deceived and kept in the dark to protect the wrongdoers no matter who they are. Why is Australia Post covering up the truth?
Special Note:
Ms Ita Buttrose- ABC Chair appointed Ms Nicole Sheffield who is Executive General Manager Community and Consumer at Australia Post. This appointment is a part time job at ABC to Lead ABC Advisory Council when she is expected to be full time EGM with Australia Post.
This appointment obviously was given a green light by Ms Holgate. In my view Ms Sheffield has a massive conflict of interest as she failed to address corruption and crimes cover ups despite my numerous letters to her to help my family to resolve this matter. She failed to respond after she took over from Ms Christine Corbett. Ms Corbett left her 1.5 million a year job after 27 years with Australia Post and after baselessly and categorically denying any corruption and crimes cover ups. Unacceptable conduct of Ms Corbett is documented.
Ms Sheffield deserves to be stood down immediately by Ms Buttrose is my view. In fact, her appointment deserves to be terminated with immediate effect because her alleged unacceptable conduct cannot be tolerated.
Ms Sheffield’s silence is protecting the wrongdoers is my view.
I request Ms Buttrose to give me a voice because ABC needs to be independent and impartial.
I challenge Ms Sheffield to explain her silence to the people of this nation on my ID theft cover ups initiated by Australia Post officials. Her connection with News Ltd is also well known.
I hope this matter gets the momentum it deserves. Please provide your support because the corruption and cover ups must end immediately.
