On 15 June 2020 my family’s fight for justice and against the systemic documented corruption and cover ups will enter into its fifteenth year if Ms Christine Holgate allows the truth to remain covered up by then. Australia Post officials started the cover ups and have gone to extraordinary lengths to keep the REAL documents involved in my Identity theft matter hidden from us for almost fourteen years.
Numerous high-ranking officials are involved in the alleged covers ups. Many have left Australia Post over the years without coming clean and telling us the truth.
I expected Ms Holgate to take a different path and show her leadership after her predecessor Mr Ahmed Fahour failed to resolve this matter. She has so far failed to act, failed to give me a meeting, failed to respond to my numerous letters, faxes, emails and telephone calls. This means she has allegedly failed to hold the wrongdoers to account, allowed the cover ups to continue and even allowed people to leave their jobs without any ramifications for their alleged gross misconduct.
The result is, the truth is hidden from us despite it is expected to be the knowledge of numerous Australia Post officials-past and present.
Today I am posting a compelling documentary evidence in addition to what was supplied earlier with my previous updates. As Australia Post officials were not coming clean, failing to tell me the truth and failed to provide me with the copies of the actual REAL documents involved in my ID Theft matters I applied for those under the Freedom of Information Act. This was my first such application that was sent to the Corporate Lawyers office as per the procedures at the time. A Money Order for $30.00 was included with my application as required to process the FOI application.
This money order was cashed by someone by taking $30 cash from Strawberry Hills Business Centre in Sydney. There was a clear instruction from the FOI decision maker Mr Raj Pavarajah to Hayley/Louis to deposit this money order for $30.00 into “Revenue-collector of public monies” and for giving him the receipt as I requested the receipt for my payment.
Instead of depositing the Money Order as suggested above it was taken to a nearby Post Office in the same suburb-Strawberry Hills where the Corporate-Lawyers’ office was located and $30.00 was taken as a cash. On top of this violation the money taken was then recorded as the Compensation paid for the Uninsured Postal Article to hide the payment as FOI Application fees.
Mr. Raj Pavarajah supplied Fabricated documents to me after mentioning “No Document Exists” against the fabricated ones that were supplied by him. It was absurd. The two supplied documents, out of fifty that were requested, were Application to Redirect Mail form and the PO Box opening application form. All the other documents requested were mentioned as they “Do Not Exist”.

The document in the image posted today is released to me under the FOI Act against the applications made much later as the matter remained unresolved. This means that this tampered record on Australia Post document is released to the world at large. I am therefore free to share it with the world on this Change.org platform.
The cover ups that started back in the year 2006 have continued. The failure of Ms. Holgate to respond to my communications and her failure to tell me the truth have seriously compromised her credibility, honesty, integrity and values that are expected from her. She is failing to adhere to the standards she expects from the other employees of Australia Post.
My supporter number has now jumped to 16430 from all over Australia. I thank all my supporters and request them to contact as many others as possible to read my petition and the updates to see the proof of documented wrongdoings of numerous people that are protected and not getting investigated.
ID Thefts is a worldwide problem but, in my case, it was the Passport of Indonesia on my name that was successfully used at Australia Post, as a Photo ID, to commit offences. For numerous Australia Post officials to remain silent about these activities is unacceptable and for Ms Holgate to remain silent and her failure to listen to me is against the rules, ethics, code and transparency that she is expected to follow.
Please share this petition and the updates with others as we need to act to eradicate the culture of protecting wrongdoers as seen here, starting from Australia Post.
My numerous requests to give me a voice and a meeting are ignored by Ms Holgate and that itself is in serious breach of her responsibilities and duties.
The fight to get to the bottom of the cover ups will NOT stop.
This unprecedented matter in the history of Australia Post is a wake-up call for every honest Australia Post employee to denounce such conduct with one voice and is a wake-up call for every citizen of Australia-the owner of Australia Post to say enough is enough.
Our numerous politicians, journalists, investigative TV programmes, my Local Federal Member of Parliament, all the Senators for New South Wales and even many other Senators, MP’s and Ministers are aware of this unresolved matter. The time will come for them to answer the people of this nation for their silence as well because they are expected to uphold the democracy in our country and they all get paid to do that.
Time has come to stop our country from slipping down on the international stage and perceived as getting more and more corrupt every year. The people power is the answer and the longer this situation is allowed to continue the future could get darker and darker.
If Ms Holgate continues her silence and protects her people that have acted against their rules, codes, service charters and the duties, her position to remain as the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post and also as the Principal Officer for the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2013 (PID Act)could get weaker and weaker. PID Act is for the Whistleblowers and some of Australia Post officials that were given delegated authority to take information from the whistleblowers by Mr Ahmed Fahour, while he was the Principal Officer for the PID Act, were found by me as the active participants of the cover ups in this ID theft matter. More about that will be shared in the future.
