Dear Valued Supporters,

This will be my 13th Christmas break where I will have to keep fighting for justice for my family and myself. The document attached to this update is the part of the fabricated PO Box application form that was released to me under the Freedom of Information - FOI Act by Australia Post. This means it is released to the world at large.

The MD and Group CEO of Australia Post Ms Christine Holgate has not responded to my numerous letters so far. My supporter number is approaching the 8000 mark. It will be another Milestone very soon is my view. It stands at 7953 at 2:19 PM on 16 December 2018.

The highlights of the fabricated document attached here are as follows:

1.       I was told by the employee of Australia Post, looking into this matter, that the passport fraudulently used to open this PO Box on my name was Indonesian passport on my name.

2.       The “Photo ID Identification Type” recorded on this form is Passport-INDO (INDO abbreviation is internationally used for India and never for Indonesia). Please correct me if I am wrong.

3.       The form shows the Passport Number as MO 15782. Indonesian Consulate in Sydney has told me that Indonesian passports always had Six Digits of numbers and the Indonesian government has never used the Letters MO on any of their passports.

4.       The form does not show the Expiry Date of this passport as required to be filled in by the Accepting Officer of Australia Post.

5.       Despite asking for the name of the Accepting Officer no one from Australia Post is ready to tell me who that person was.

6.       This PO Box was opened in Haymarket PostShop in Sydney which is in the heart of the City of Sydney where the CCTV cameras were expected to catch the people in the act.

7.       The JP that certified this document as the True Copy of the Original sighted by him was in fact the State Manager of Australia Post Corporate Security Group-CSG NSW/ACT at the time. He was responsible to contact me and resolve this matter. He never contacted me and never responded to any of my letters sent to him. He was the architect of introducing the CCTV technology in Australia Post is my view. He also worked for NSW Police Force for around 20 years before joining Australia Post is my view. He is Mr Alan Barwick JP. He did not disclose his conflict of interest on any documents, from many, that he certified in a similar way in this matter. This was in complete violation of rules applicable to JP’s while certifying documents.

8.       This document is provided to numerous people and agencies with my serious concerns but no one responds to my concerns and that includes the Investigator Mr Don Kane who obviously worked with Mr Barwick at the time.

9.       The signature of the Accepting Officer could be a forgery as well.

10.    The Customer Signature on this form for the Receipt for Keys (Of the PO Box) is a capital V followed by a small w with an underline going across in 45 degrees angle is expected to be also on the Passport of Indonesia on my name that was seen by the Accepting Officer. It is highly unlikely that this is the case. No one answers any questions at all.

11.   Post office box/locked bag Location that was to be filled in is missing from the form.

12.   The story of Post office box/locked bag number “K861” is not adding up at all.

All my current Supporters and future supporters are expected to notice that the documents speak for themselves. There are many other documents already posted with my previous Updates on this Change.org platform.

Ms Holgate’s silence in my view is compromising her own credibility. If there is no strong leadership, no honesty, integrity and values shown by the leader then the whole structure of Australia Post will be very much on a shaky ground. Ms Holgate’s immediate predecessor was sitting on this matter for the almost entire Seven years he was the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post without making any effort to resolve it. One person under his watch, that was connected with this matter, has died. The cause of death is suicide. His name was provided to me as the Contact Person to discuss the completely FLAWED review conducted by Australia Post on this matter, four years after it remained unresolved. This matter was expected to get some movement after Ms Holgate took office. She is also failing to give me a voice and give me a meeting. The fight for justice will continue.

If you want to ask me any questions please feel free to ask because I believe I could answer any questions from my supporters that relate to this unresolved matter where Australia Post is involved in alleged corruption and crimes cover ups. Twelve years of Systemic Corruption is unacceptable. Many of the documents posted so far on Change.org are now available on Google as well for the whole world to see. This matter deserves a Royal Commission and that will not happen unless the corruption is denounced by the people of Australia and around the world with one voice. If around 800 000 people in our country alone are estimated as affected by Identity Thefts every year why there is such a silence on this matter? Why this is ongoing from June 2006?

All the efforts to destroy my family for exposing the documented corruption is a National Disgrace and one day this type of conduct will destroy the democracy in our country if the ordinary people fail to denounce the wrongdoings of many high-ranking people in our country.

Please let us start to root out the corruption starting with Australia Post because we, the Australians, own AUSTRALIA POST.
