Dear Valued Supporters,
This is to inform you all that there is no response to any of my letters sent in the mail, by emails, documents sent in the mail and this petition and all the updates so far from Ms Christine Holgate at all.
I am seeking the supply of the copies of the documents that were actually involved in the premeditated fraudulent and criminal activities that were identified and reported to me by Australia Post officials back in June 2006. After the initial honesty shown by these officials the cover ups started when the matter was handed over to Australia Post Corporate Security Group NSW/ACT. This is the matter where someone used Indonesian passport on my name as a Photo ID to redirect my entire family’s mail to a PO Box in Haymarket Post office in Sydney by using Australia Post’s free mail Redirection service for the people changing their place of residence like home, unit or flat. The Indonesian Passport was also used as a Photo ID to open this PO Box on my name.
The signature in the photo here is that of the Justice of the Peace-JP Mr Alan Barwick. He was directly involved in these matters is my view because he was the State Manager of Australia Post Corporate Security Group NSW/ACT at the time. This certification is released to me under the FOI Act. This means it is released to the world at large.
In response to my FOI Application to Australia Post for supplying the documents Mr Barwick responded to Melbourne based National FOI Officer/Legal Officer of Australia Post at the time that the matter was criminal and falls within the jurisdiction of NSW Police Force. If this was the case then what did he report to NSW Police Force in his capacity as the State Manager of Australia Post Corporate Security Group? With his close ties with NSW Police Force for 20 years as the employee of NSW Police Force what went on between him and the NSW Police Force is not known to me but I know and have documentary evidence that NSW Police at my Local Police Station have fabricated evidence and the report E27xxxx32 falsely mentions that I went to Police Station to report my own lost/stolen passport. I have never lost my passport and I did not give any details of any of my current or expired passports to police at any time. The corruption continued and Ms Holgate does not want to respond to my letters. Why?
The matter was reported to my Local Police Station because it was suggested to me to do so by Australia Post official at their Alexandria Delivery Facility at the time. The Passport crimes fall under the jurisdictions of Australian Federal Police. When reported to Local police it is their job to report to Federal Police. What went on between the NSW Police and AFP is not known to me but the fact is corruption continued and the REAL documents are still kept hidden by Australia Post from me and my family from June 2006. Ms Holgate has many questions to answer to keep her credibility intact is my view. What is her problem to see me?
Please refer to my Petition Update dated September 23, 2018. The partial image of the fabricated PO Box application form is in the photo in that update. What is in the photo here today is the certification of that particular document by Mr Alan Barwick JP as the True copy of the original sighted by him. This certification, as per the rules governing JP certification, was required to have declaration by Mr Barwick of his Conflict of Interest in this matter. He failed to do so on any of the documents he certified including this one.
The very important thing about Mr Barwick for my Supporters to know is that he worked for around 20 years in NSW Police Force on very important and senior positions before joining Australia Post. He was the boss of Australia Post’s Investigator and also the Acting Team Leader Mr. Paul Gardner at that time. My previous update dated November 25, 2018 has the photo of the possible forged signature on the letter to my solicitor from Mr Paul Gardner. My solicitor’s letter was addressed to the Investigator and not to the Acting Team Leader. It is highly likely that the Investigator may have handed over my solicitor's letter to him to his Manager Mr Barwick to handle and even respond. No one including Ms Holgate is ready to tell me if Mr Paul Gardner's signature on the letter to my solicitor is genuine or is a forgery. What are they trying to hide?
It is also important for all of you to know that Mr Barwick was contacted by me on 31 December 2009 over the phone. He said to me that he did not sign (certify) any Australia Post documents and his signature as a JP is a forgery. He then provided the name of his successor for forwarding all the documents with his certification so that his successor could forward them to him to check. Mr Barwick told me that he does not work for Australia Post anymore on 31 December 2009. I complied with this request from Mr Barwick but his successor declined to send these documents to Mr Barwick and asked me to deal with Mr Barwick directly. I then send the copies of all the documents by Registered Post to Mr Barwick to verify his own signature but Mr Barwick has never responded to my letters sent to him in the past and the SMS’s sent recently to his Mobile number.
To address concerns about the JP’s conduct is the responsibility of the Attorney General of New South Wales. Extensive communications took place between me and the AG’s department on this issue where my request was very simple to the AG. It was to verify the authenticity of the signature of Mr Barwick on all the documents he certified because he claimed it to be a forgery over the phone. The matter went on and on for around 300 days with no positive outcome. The Attorney General at the time was His Honour the Hon John Hatzistergos who was MLC. When the Labor party, under the Leadership of the then Premier the Hon Kristina Keneally, suffered the worst electoral defeat in the history of NSW and the history of Labor party in New South Wales Mr Hatzistergos quit politics to “refresh his life”. After a long gap of remaining out of the spot light Mr Hatzistergos was made District Court Judge in NSW by the former Liberal Party Attorney General and Minister for Justice the Hon Brad Hazzard MP. The rules for such appointment of a judge were watered down was in the news at that time. Mr Hazzard is also aware of this matter for a very long time. He was demoted from his position of AG and Minister for Justice by the former Premier of NSW the Hon Mike Baird. That demotion was all over the media at the time. Why a Liberal party AG make a former Labor Party AG a District Court Judge by watering down rules and regulations?
After Mr Hatzistergos was no longer the Attorney General, I was told that verifying the signature of a JP is not the job of Attorney General. I was even thanked for my patience by this Department of AG and Justice during that period of 300 days of hiding the truth that this signature was not a forgery but a perfectly genuine signature of Mr Barwick on the record of NSW AG’s department. It is reasonable to believe that under successive governments numerous people in this NSW AG’s Department are fully aware that this is a genuine signature of Mr Alan Barwick JP.
I am confident by looking at the perfect consistency on many documents that are provided to me by Australia Post that the signature of Mr Barwick is NOT a forgery at all. My supporters will be shocked to learn all this is my view. The corruption and cover ups continued. Whatever written here is all documented.
Ms Holgate must realise that keeping this matter covered up under her leadership is not going to help her to develop trust and confidence in her leadership and one day she may have no choice left than to give me a meeting and listen to this unprecedented alleged documented systemic corruption and cover ups first hand from me. If the Supporter number goes very high, she could face some sort of enquiry is my view.
How could so many people know about this matter in Australia and there is no one ready to give me a voice or to become a whistle-blower? This clearly is the indication of the failures of our democracy and all the procedures that are in place. It is not the procedures, laws, rules or regulations that are wrong or deficient but the people responsible to act on them are found to be morally bankrupt and outright dishonest and corrupt people is my view.

The People Power has no limits and boundaries. We all need to stand together and work together to denounce the documented alleged highest-level systemic corruption so that our country does not go down the path of officially declared flawed democracy on the world stage. We have already slipped to No.13 from No.7 as the country that is perceived as getting more and more corrupt every year on the Transparency International Corruption Perception Index. We are slipping down and down every year in a row and the stories of lost trust in our politicians are also not ending. There is hardly any politician left that is unaware of my fight for justice and fight against the documented systemic corruption. There are many that are asking for a Federal ICAC and also aware of this matter but do nothing to raise this in the Parliament including my Local Federal Member of Labor party for Kingsford Smith electorate.
This petition is now signed and supported by 7635 supporters from all corners of Australia and also by some supporters from outside of Australia as well as on 1 December 2018 at 4:05 p.m.
My supporters will now probably realise why Mr Ahmed Fahour’s abrupt and poorly explained resignation as the MD and Group CEO of Australia Post deserves a full-scale investigation. Will Ms Holgate take that initiative and show courage to find out why her predecessor was sitting on this matter for seven long years and then left abruptly without resolving it?
