Dear Valued Supporters,
The further milestone of 7500 signatures on my petition is now reached and the supporters are increasing in numbers every day. Just a brief note on what is all this about is as follows:
On 14 June 2006 a message was left on my home phone number by Australia Post’s official to call him in relation to redirection of my mail. On 15 June 2006 there were many calls exchanged between my son and this official and one call with me. It was established that someone fraudulently used Indonesian Passport on my name as a Photo ID to redirect my entire family’s mail to PO Box in Haymarket Post office. This PO Box was also opened on my name using the Indonesian Passport as a Photo ID. On 16 June 2006 I went to see this official with my two sons at Alexandria Delivery Facility-ADF of Australia Post to get first-hand information of what has happened. We were told that this matter is for the Australia Post Corporate Security-CSG to investigate and all the documents and information was handed over to the CSG Investigator on 16 June 2006 shortly before we visited ADF to see the official that left a message on our home phone to call him.
What followed after this was cover ups after cover ups that have not ended. Australia Post was helped in these cover ups by many others as well by their actions and inaction and even corrupt, dishonest and manipulated and fabricated decisions. Numerous politicians are aware of my fight for justice and against the documented systemic corruption. No one has shown any courage to give my family a voice so far. This includes my Local Federal Members of Parliament and also the NSW State Members as well. Australia Post, with great difficulty, provided very few documents to me and they have now been proven as fabricated documents. These were certified by a JP and that JP turned out to be the Manager of CSG NSW/ACT whose job was to help us. The cover ups continued under the two previous Managing Directors of Australia Post and now Ms Holgate has not responded to my single letter so far. She took office after the sudden and abrupt resignation of Mr Ahmed Fahour.
This matter has seen Police dishonesty, Police fabricating reports, Judicial corruption, Watchdogs breaching their rules and making baseless and dishonest decisions and the alleged criminal misbehaviour of the former FOI Commissioner and the former Information Commissioner. Ms Holgate has the responsibility to address this matter that her predecessor failed to resolve for the almost entire seven years he was in that position. His sudden resignation may have nothing to do with his publicly disclosed remuneration of $5.6 Million which the former Prime Minister the Hon. Malcolm Turnbull believed was “too high”. It is worth informing my supporters that Mr Turnbull did not respond to my single letter since August 2011 since he was the Shadow Minister for Communications despite Australia Post was under his direct portfolio responsibility. He failed to act even after he became the Minister for Communications under Mr Abbott and then as the Prime Minister. The question why Mr Turnbull had to go has not been answered, maybe he was the next to go after Mr Fahour. Where are all those Walkley Award winning journalists have gone?
The matter is ongoing ever since and is indirectly accepted by Australia Post as unprecedented in the history of Australia Post. What is stopping Ms Holgate to see me personally? How could she allow the wrongdoers working around her and those that have left without getting investigated?
Today’s update has the photo of the signature part of the letter that was received by my solicitor. This signature is highly likely a forged one is my view. I asked the person whose name appears below the signature about the authenticity of the signature and the letter as well but he did not respond. I then asked many others if this signature is guanine or is a forgery including Ms Holgate but no one responded. The letter received by my then solicitor with this signature was provided to my supporters in my last update dated 10 November 2018 at Point No.9.
What is so compelling to hide the truth? Who are involved and how could a Passport of another county, whether genuine of fake, gets accepted by Australia Post so blindly? Why Australia Post provided fabricated JP certified documents to me?
There are numerous questions that were never answered. My supporters must realise that this could one day happen to them or their friends or family members and there will be no help if this matter is allowed to remain unresolved.
It is also important to know that this JP was contacted by me and he said on the phone his signature on the documents is a forgery. I then posted the documents to him so that he could see his signature but he never responded to my letters after receiving these documents. He left Australia Post at some stage after he was internally exposed is my view.
Whatever written here is all documented and all the big names in Australia Post have remained silent. Many are expected to know the truth but they fail to respond and act. This is where the MD and Group CEO Ms Holgate has to show her leadership and give me a meeting is my view.
More updates will follow soon. There is no one from Australia post that has put his/her hand up and said enough is enough and the TRUTH must be revealed. The day will come when it could be too late for many to come clean at that time. This is my view.
Australia Post does not have a strong whistle-blower procedure is my view. All that will be revealed later to my supporters. This whole matter in fact needs a Royal Commission because the successive Australia Post MD’s are failing to come clean about the truth is my view.

Our joint efforts to make Australia Post accountable to address their wrongdoings will never be in vain which please keep in mind. Ms Holgate is not expected to engage in willful blindness and continue to behave like her predecessor is my view.
