Dear Valued Supporters,
1. The photo in this update dated 10 November 2018 is the documentary evidence that my extremely important letter to the former Managing Director and CEO of Australia Post Mr Ahmed Fahour is marked NFA (No Further Action). Despite asking for the name of the person that initialed this front page, with some numbers, numerous times to many senior people in Australia Post no response was ever provided. I was provided this front page under the FOI Act by the FOI Official that worked for another government agency.
2. My letter to Mr Fahour was seeking responses to my letters that he failed to respond to and also had a comprehensive response to the Review conducted by Australia Post four years after the matter remained unresolved. Despite sending many reminders for a response no response was ever received to my letter dated 18 September 2010.
3. The said review was sent to me along with the cover letter signed by the Corporate Secretary at the time on behalf of the former MD and CEO and the former Chairman of Australia Post. The review was completely flawed. Only the name and phone number of the Contact Person in Melbourne was provided to me to discuss this review. That person was the State Manager of Australia Post Corporate Security Group-CSG based in Melbourne Headquarters of Australia Post. No name of the person in Sydney on similar position was provided to me despite the matter was handled by the Sydney based NSW State Manager of CSG and the Investigator based in Sydney.
4. Recently it was discovered by me that the date of my letter which is 18 September 2010 is also the date of the funeral of the CSG Manager that was based in Melbourne. The cause of death is suicide. He was 60 years old and worked for over 25 years in the Victorian Police Force before joining Australia Post.
5. This death was allegedly hidden from me by Mr Fahour and his team. The matter remained unresolved as my response to the review was never ever responded by anyone for all these years.
6. Recently I received a letter from the Corporate Lawyer of Australia Post which appeared abnormal. The letter was attached to the email from this Corporate Lawyer on Australia Post letterhead. The letterhead only had Red logo of Australia Post but there was no reference number, no phone number, no address, no email contact and no fax number at all. It was mentioned that this letter was also sent in the mail. Nothing was ever received in the mail at all. The email had the details of the lawyer that were missing from the letterhead. I asked about this letters’ authenticity to Ms Holgate but no response is received at all. My decision of not meeting this lawyer at my home is now justified.
7. I also would like to inform my supporters and future supporters that I appointed my own solicitor back in 2006 because Australia Post did not cooperate and did not give me the REAL documents involved in these activities. My solicitor wrote letters to the Investigator for giving documents but his letters were not responded by anyone. After my solicitor sent reminders to respond one letter was received by him. This was signed by the person with the position of Acting Team Leader Australia Post Corporate Security Group based in Sydney.
8. For the first time after all these years I thought of asking questions to the Acting Team Leader about the authenticity of his signature on this letter with his name on that letter as the author. No response is received. I then sent reminders to him to respond but he did not respond. He is currently, as per my understanding, Senior Manager Business Integrity & Risk Analytics at Australia Post Headquarters. He represents Australia Post in seminars is my view and talks about fraud control. Why is he not responding to suspected fraud where his own name and possibly forged signature is appearing on the letter to my solicitor? How can you trust these people is the question that does not get answers.
9. I raised my concerns with the former Chief Customer Officer that Mr. xxxx xxxxxxx is not responding about the authenticity of his signature on the letter to my then solicitor. She did not respond and then left her 1.5 Million dollars a year job after Mr Fahour left his 5.6 Million a year job. I then raised this matter with many others but no one responded. It is highly likely that this letter to my solicitor was a fraud and was not authentic at all.
It had a false date to start with. No reference number of any kind and the letter was meaningless and did not answer any of my solicitors’ questions.

I refer to your letter dated 14 August 2006, re your client Mr Vasant Wagh. As a result, Australia Post Corporate Security have cancelled fraudulent Mail Redirection and can confirm mail sent to your client’s address has not been fraudulently redirected. Our investigations are now concluded.

10. I have not received response from the numerous high-ranking officials of Australia post about the authenticity of the signature of the author and the whole letter overall as well.
11. To make the job of Ms Holgate easier to give me a meeting I suggested eight names of the very senior Australia Post officials to join her. Many of them are aware of this matter for number of years and some are new including the person that replaced the former Chief Customer Officer. No response to that offer is received.
12. What more could be done to request a meeting with the MD and Group CEO of Australia Post?
13. I also sent the SMS to three Australia Post officials that include the person that told me and my sons about my identity theft and the Investigator and the former NSW/ACT State Manager CSG that was based in Sydney to join in the meeting. No one responded.
14. My petition is now signed and supported by people from around many corners of Australia and some from outside of Australia. The milestone of 7000 signature is reached few days ago and the current supporter number stands at 7151 as on 10 November 2018 at 7:15 pm and is approaching the 7500 mark.
15. I am extremely grateful to all my current supporters that have signed my petition and also many of those that have made contributions to promote this petition. Without your support and help in promoting this petition it would not have reached the milestone of 7000 signatures.
16. This matter is of National and International significance and importance. I am disappointed that many journalists and politicians from all sides of politics are failing to help and support this petition including my Local Federal Member for the Kingsford Smith electorate. One day they may realise that this unprecedented matter in the history of Australia Post and our country was worth taking notice of. My fight for justice has not relied on journalists and politicians but relies on the ordinary people of this country and the world. I therefore will keep on requesting the ordinary people to help me and my family to see that we are given the VOICE that we deserve. We have to join hands to keep the democracy in our country alive and well. The systemic documented corruption to cover up this matter must be denounced with one voice is my view.
17. I request my supporters to start writing to Ms Holgate in large numbers to support me and my family as it is unacceptable for her to ignore me and my family and not respond to any of my emails, letters and documents sent in the mail.

The democratic processes that are available to the ordinary people to get documents, justice and voice have all failed so far.
