Dear Valued Supporters,

This is to bring to your attention the following:

1.       My Local Federal MP has failed to provide me with any evidence at all to substantiate his statement as follows as appearing in my update dated June 10, 2018. This statement is false and misleading. The people that this MP may have relied on could be part of the systemic corruption can not be ruled out.

"Dear Vasant,
Your matter has been investigated by the police, the Ombudsman and ICAC. Each of these independent statutory authorities have informed you there is no basis to pursue any civil or criminal matter against Australia Post. I understand several Attorney’s General have assessed your matter and believe there is no basis for any action against Australia Post.
I am sorry but there is nothing more I can do to further this matter on your behalf."

2.     Ms Holgate has failed to give me a meeting and one Australia Post lawyer has written to me that Ms Holgate has referred the matter to her and the other Senior official without mentioning what is referred to this lawyer by Ms Holgate. There is absolutely no disclosure of what is referred. There is no mention of this Petition at all and also the emails and letters that I sent to Ms Holgate. There is also no mention of my family member’s letter to Ms Holgate by this lawyer.

3.     I have given the names of four persons to Ms Holgate for joining her in the meeting. Three out of those four persons have been involved in these matters for many years. The fourth person is the newly appointed Executive General Manager-EGM with a role towards Customers and Consumers. This EGM has been contacted by me few times but she did not respond at all to my emails. Her predecessor who was the Chief Customer Officer was involved in these matters and has since resigned.

4.     I have attached to this petition another fabricated JP certified document which is the Application for a Post Office Box on my name with my comments. I have also contacted three people today and sent the SMS to their mobile numbers to tell me the truth with the full copy of this Application form attached to the SMS without any redactions as they are all involved in these matters. They are all Australia Post officials-past and present. I have also asked them if they could join in the meeting with Ms Holgate to resolve this matter.

5.     The hard copies of the emails that were sent to Ms Holgate by Post after her Executive Assistant wanted me to send those to her email address have not been responded to by anyone. There was additional material inside the envelopes with the hard copies of my emails to Ms Holgate. This material was documentary evidence of alleged corruption and cover ups.

6.     My matters are to be dealt with by the Managing Director and CEO Ms Holgate of Australia Post. If she wants she could bring with her other people that have the knowledge of this matter and not the lawyer that has just few years of employment with Australia Post to come with other newly appointed senior official because this is a matter of documented systemic corruption and there are people outside of Australia Post linked to these unresolved matters as well. Ms Holgate needs to hear from me directly so that she could see first hand the depth of wrongdoings of numerous people in Australia Post that have allegedly acted unethically, immorally and corruptly over number of years.

7.     I have suggested the address of the venue for the meeting to Ms Holgate. This is Australia Post’s facility in Sydney for a meeting. Her lawyer wants to come to my home which I believe is very much inappropriate.

8.     It is also important to note that the lawyer and the other official would not talk about the cancer of corruption that has spread to cover up this matter outside of Australia Post. Ms Holgate is expected to hear that as well from me to see why others wanted to protect Australia Post by engaging in documented dishonesty, corrupt conduct and fabrication of records.

9.     Ms Holgate has not written to me that she has referred this matter to this particular lawyer. This is in my view very unfair because there is no response to any of my correspondence to Ms Holgate from Ms Holgate at all. This is not called transparency and openness and only raises questions why she does not want to give me a meeting. After all she is the MD and Group CEO of Australia Post and has an obligation to listen to the people like me that are fighting for justice and against the systemic corruption that involves Australia Post.

Please support me and my family so that we are given the VOICE that has been denied. I thank all those 6125 supporters that have signed my petition as on 23 September 2018 at 10:12 pm. Please spread the word because one day you could be the victims and left alone to suffer without any help if the strong message is not sent to the people in power and authority to give voice to the people of this country that are fighting for justice.

Ms Holgate, as you can see, has been given extended time by me to give me a meeting. In my view it is her job to do so because her predecessor failed to address this matter for the entire seven-year period he was in her position. He is Mr Ahmed Fahour-a 5.6 Million remuneration CEO under whose watch one person’s cause of death is suicide that was kept hidden from me by many in Australia Post. That person’s name was given to me as a Contact Person to resolve this matter by Mr Fahour’s right hand man at the time.

My supporter number in my view is big enough as it is for Ms Holgate to see me face to face is my view. If she fails I will try to get more support and that is the reason I am providing this update to my Supporters. No one from Australia Post has challenged anything that is written by me so far including my replies to my Supporters’ comments and their reasons for signing this petition.

This matter is of National and International importance because identity thefts are rising and this ongoing fight to get the matter resolved for over 12 long years is the sign of intentional, calculated and deliberate failures to keep this covered up. My supporters are expected to realise that my family has been placed in pain and suffering and psychological torture to shut us up at any cost. This is where your support becomes invaluable.
