I have decided to provide you with the documentary evidence that the Money Order I sent to process my Freedom of Information (FOI) application to Australia Post was cashed by someone by obtaining $30 cash.
Brief details of this are as follows:
1. The FOI applications at that time were required to be sent to Australia Post’s Corporate Lawyer’s office in Strawberry Hills in Sydney. I followed that procedure.
2. The $30 Money Order was included with my FOI Application. This means the Corporate Lawyer had the access to my Money Order.
3. The transaction receipt that was generated by Australia Post of this $30 cash payment for the “recipient” of this cash was then provided to me as My Receipt for this FOI application fee paid by me by Australia Post.
4. For any amount over $20 the recipient was required to show his/her ID before the handover of the cash.
5. Despite numerous requests Australia Post is not telling me who took $30 cash.
6. The Office of the Australia Post Corporate Security Group CSG, NSW was nearby the Corporate Lawyer’s office. The Strawberry Hills BC (Business Centre) where the Money Order was cashed was also nearby the CSG NSW and Corporate Lawyer’s office.
7. The name of the person who took cash was required to be entered in the system and the signature of that person was required behind the Money Order is my view.
8. This name is never disclosed to me and then there is another document that shows that this same amount of $30 was paid out as the compensation for the uninsured postal article.
Just a few days ago I have received another email from Australia Post’s Headquarters based Corporate Lawyer seeking a meeting with me with the Head of the Melbourne based Corporate Security and Intelligence joining her at the meeting. I will respond to her shortly.
The information available about this Corporate Lawyer who wants to see me indicates that she worked for the big Private Law firms and worked for Australia Post off and on.
In the meantime, the newly appointed Executive General Manager in the position of the former Chief Customer Officer has been sent a reminder by me to respond to my letter after she failed to respond to my initial letter. I even agreed for her to be in the meeting with Ms Holgate and other three people that I wanted in that meeting without any lawyers or Corporate Security officials.
The federal Member of Parliament, who is my Local Member has also failed to respond to my serious concerns about his unsubstantiated statement that was included in my previous update.
There must be an absolute transparency displayed by Ms Holgate by responding to my letters and my family member’s letter. If she has already identified serious misconduct, dishonesty, abuse of power, corruption, fraud and criminal misbehaviour by number of employees of Australia Post-past and present then there is no point using lawyers with possible massive conflict of interest where the law firms they work for or worked for could be advising Australia Post where Australia Post’s conduct has come under serious concerns.
The former MD and Group CEO allegedly created new positions that appeared abnormal and erected brick walls around him so that I will not be able to reach him is my view. These positions are now abolished. These were General Manager-Office of the Managing Director and Corporate Secretary-Office of the Managing Director. Both the people holding these two positions under Mr Fahour are aware of the systemic corruption and crimes cover ups for many years is my view.
The very person that was involved in alleged unacceptable conduct in these matters was the General Manager of Security and Investigations. He was Head of Legal prior to this position. He was appointed as the Authorised Officer by Mr Fahour-former MD and Group CEO to receive material from the whistle-blowers. What do you make of that and the honesty in this appointment? All the names and documented unacceptable conduct is available and this is why Ms Holgate must give me a meeting as I cannot provide sensitive information to lawyers that work for Australia Post.
Ms Holgate, as the MD & Group CEO, has the responsibility to talk directly with the people that have been affected by the unacceptable and documented wrongdoings of Australia Post officials over number of years is my view.
Numerous documents, letters, flawed decisions, fabricated and REAL documents and the names of many past and present officials involved in these matters are already with Australia Post is my view.
Ms Holgate needs to show her leadership and courage to stamp out the alleged cancer of corruption and not follow the alleged unacceptable wrong path taken by her predecessor is my view.
My petition is now signed and supported by 5543 supporters as on 2 September 2018 at 1:30 p.m. I hope no one else in our country is treated like this and denied justice. We, as the owners of Australia Post, have every right to demand a corruption free Australia Post.
Ms Holgate is expected to engage people on the positions of Executive General Managers that are appointed to these positions recently and had no previous involvement in these matters. The documents will prove the wrongdoings.
Please continue to support my family as this fight for justice and against the corruption will no doubt help the entire nation if it is won and won fast. Please share this update and my petition with as many people as possible. Please send emails to the people, ring people to alert them and see that the ordinary people can make a real change where the democracy has failed and the people in the positions of power, trust and authority have failed too to do their jobs with honesty, integrity and values. I hope Ms Holgate will not become one of those people that have failed to do what is right, what is just and what is fair. After all she did not take this job for money and expected what was fair.
