Dear Valued Supporters, This update is slightly long but please read it fully and support my family because one day it could happen to you, your family members or friends and no one will care if this matter is allowed to remain covered up by numerous people inside and also outside of Australia Post. I can now comfortably allege that the current Corporate Secretary of Australia Post who was previously Corporate Secretary-Office of the Managing Director when Mr. Ahmed Fahour was the MD and Group CEO of Australia Post and before that Head of Board & Shareholder Liaison has misled my Supporter in a big way without disclosing her conflict of interest in the matter. My supporter’s email to Ms Holgate was responded to in just five days by this Corporate Secretary and my numerous previous and also recent letters to many other senior people in Australia Post including this Corporate Secretary and also Ms Holgate have not been responded at all for months. This unreasonable, unfair and unjust conduct of these officials is unacceptable especially when the REAL documents involved in the crimes and fraud are hidden from my family by Australia Post’s numerous officials for the past over twelve long years. I also wrote a letter to the Federal Member of Parliament to get a response from him about his statement that I provided to you in my previous update. No response is forthcoming from that Honourable MP as well. I also called the office of the Senator for NSW that wrote to Minister Fifield if the response is received by him from Senator the Hon Mitch Fifield who is the Minister responsible for Australia Post. I was told that there is no response yet but I have to wait for at least 6-8 weeks for a response. I have no option left than to wait and see what the Minister has to say about this unresolved matter and my Petition to Ms Holgate. The Following is the transcript of my SMS Exchange with Ms Erin Kelly-Corporate Secretary of Australia Post who responded to my Supporter’s email to Ms Holgate in just five days. The mobile phone number of Ms Erin Kelly that I used is highly likely provided to her by Australia Post as she is the Head of Board & Shareholder Liaison. The Board here is Australian Postal Corporation Board and the Shareholder is Australian Government. The message is as follows from me to Ms Erin Kelly. iMessage Thursday 12.28 pm (3 November 2016) Dear Ms Erin Kelly, I have written many letters to you in response to the letter you wrote to the Hon. Jason Clare MP. He was the Shadow Minister for Communications. I have also sent a fax to you in the past. That was also not responded to by you. Can you please let me know why? If you did not write any letter as mentioned above please let me know urgently. Thanks. Regards. My team has previously advised you that Australia Post considered the matter to be at an end and I have no further comment in this regard. Erin Kelly. To this response I wrote as follows: Dear Ms Erin Kelly, Thank you for your prompt response. What about email contact, fax contact, mail sent to your Melbourne address? One thing is now sure that you are part of the Australia Post team that is involved in this matter. I used this contact as the last resort. You did not tell me that fax and email contact were inappropriate when you were contacted using those methods. Your letter to the Hon Jason Clare MP will now be taken as 100% authentic and that may have ramifications which please note. The corruption in Australia Post will be brought to the attention of many and your name is now included in the list of people with whom I have serious concerns. I request you to inform Mr Ahmed Fahour that I have written this message to you so that as a MD and Group CEO he is made aware that you did not respond to my numerous previous letters. Please respond on my email xxxx@xxx.com.au very urgently. What is appropriate and inappropriate when people do not respond even to fax will be decided by others. As you have indicated I will respect your suggestion only if you respond to my letters sent through mail, fax and email. If you show honesty, integrity and values and adhere to your managerial code of conduct at all times you will not put yourself in this situation is my view. The corruption that is going on in Australia Post is an all time National Disgrace is my view and I am now satisfied that your name could be sent to numerous people in the Parliament as you are the Head of Board and Shareholder Liaison. This matter will now escalate and I will hold you accountable for the letter that was with your name and signature on Australia Post Letterhead sent to Mr. Clare where your position is clearly shown as mentioned above. I request that you cease all contact with me immediately. To this response I wrote as follows: Ms Erin Kelly, I have noted your request. It is now appropriate to ask you to tell me, as per Australia Post policies, who is your immediate boss with whom I can lodge an official complaint against you for alleged corrupt conduct? Thanks. Vasant Wagh Ms Erin Kelly did not respond and did not provide me with her boss’s name as requested. ________________________________ Dear Supporters, this one example above of the unacceptable response from the Corporate Secretary of Australia Post is the evidence that my supporter was allegedly misled, deceived and not told the truth about why Australia Post is engaged in Communications with me for the past 12 long years on this matter. It is not fair for Ms Holgate to use the people fully involved in these matters for years to respond to my supporters if Ms Kelly was asked to respond by Ms Holgate to my supporter. I have asked this question to Ms Holgate if she asked Ms Kelly to respond to my supporter’s email to her but no response is yet received from Ms Holgate. It is now time for my Supporters to start asking questions to Ms Holgate as to why she is not giving me a meeting as requested by me to start a resolution to this matter. My current and future supporters will now know that there is something very wrong and one initial extended meeting with Ms Holgate has a potential to start a resolution to this matter. It is now the time for Ms Holgate to show her leadership to the nation and support the victims as far as Australia Post’s involvement is concerned. All these supporters have signed my petition and that number is approaching to 4000 supporters and I believe it is time for Ms Holgate to take notice. It is time that our whole nation is united to denounce the documented systemic corruption because we all own Australia Post and keeping it corruption free is our right and we must exercise that right when lot of evidence is available to prove wrongdoings of the people that hold the positions of power and authority. Twelve years of my family’s pain and sufferings and psychological torture is an all time NATIONAL DISGRACE and that deserves to be addressed by Ms Holgate immediately is my view. I am the only person in Australia from November 1985 with this name without any exceptions. It was very easy to find me and help me but numerous people have allegedly joined hands to destroy my family to keep the TRUTH covered up. We all need to join hands and say enough is enough.
