Dear Valued Supporters,
As I was not receiving any response to my emails to Ms Holgate I called Ms Holgate's telephone number (03) 91067139 on 20 July 2018. It went to answering machine. I left a message and provided my mobile number to call me back. My call was then returned by her Executive Assistant. I told her that I am not getting any response to my emails to Ms Holgate. She asked me if I was using the correct email address and I confirmed that I was. She then checked for any emails coming from my email address and told me she cannot see any emails from my email address.
It is important for all of you to know that not a single email I sent to Ms Holgate on christine.holgate@auspost.com.au bounced back for any reason whatsoever. I was directed to send all those emails to the email address of the Executive Assistant. She told me that she will investigate why my emails to Ms Holgate have gone missing.
I then decided to use the Express Post Platinum envelope to place copies of all those emails and also some more material for Ms Holgate to look at. This was posted on 21 July 2018 and was delivered on 24 July 2018. The copy of that Express Post Platinum is attached to this update.
No response is yet received to those emails and the additional material that was in this envelope.
It is highly likely that if my supporters have sent any emails to Ms Holgate in my support they may also have gone missing. It is important for the people of our country to have 100% confidence in the office of the MD and Group CEO of Australia Post is my view.
If any of my supporters have sent emails to Ms Holgate and not received a response I request them all to bring it to her attention by sending another email and inform her about my above experience about my emails gone missing.
As all of you are aware I am seeking to have a meeting with Ms Holgate and I have provided her with three names of the people that have handled the documents in this matter that were REAL. At least two out of those three people have also handled the Falsified documents, one of which was provided with my previous update.
It is also important for you to know that I have received an email from the Corporate Lawyer of Australia Post that she would like to see me in Sydney with another person on very high position. I have not yet decided on whether I need to deal with Australia Post's lawyers as this matter was previously before three Corporate Lawyers of Australia Post and one External Lawyer engaged by Australia Post for number of years. They all failed to resolve this matter.
If Ms Holgate gives me a meeting with the people with whom we had previous interactions this matter could move forward is my view. Bringing in Lawyers to understand my issues and my family members' issues is highly inappropriate is my view.
None of my letters have yet been responded to by Ms Holgate. I am not aware of what material is before this new Corporate Lawyer or this Lawyer is made aware of my petition to Ms Holgate and responding to this petition. Nothing is clear at all.
My Supporter number now stands at 4917 as on 5 August 2018 at 3:11 pm. This is expected to reach the next major milestone of 5000 signatures soon.
Please support me and my family by spreading the word and getting that 5000 signature milestone reaching very fast.
We were able to gather strength from your support and it appears that Ms Holgate will be convinced by the support that we are getting that putting her lawyers forward is not the way Australia Post needs to operate. She must make herself available to speak with me with the real people that are involved so that the matter gets the momentum and is resolved.
I have no enough words to thank you all. The use of people power is important when the people in the power fail to act.
