Tomorrow, on 15 June 2020, my family’s fight for justice and against the systemic documented corruption and cover ups will enter into its FIFTEENTH year. The criminal activities, that relate to my Identity theft, where Australia Post accepted fraudulently obtained Indonesian Passport on my name as a Photo ID and allowed Redirection of our Mail and opening of a PO Box on my name to proceed very successfully in June 2006, have remained unresolved.
There was an envelope addressed to me with a Cheque inside on my name. This envelope was not delivered by the Postman because the house number on the envelope was 38 and there is no 38-number house in the street we live. The houses end at number 21. The postman took the envelope back to his supervisor saying “No such address”.
It was then discovered by this supervisor that there was an active mail redirection from my name, that included all my family members, to an active PO Box opened on my name at Haymarket PostShop in Sydney. The wrong house number on the envelope exposed the premeditated fraudulent activities. These were reported to us by this supervisor. His name is Mr Steve Gabell. He told us that he was proceeding on an extended leave therefore he had to do overtime to put together all the information that he gathered for handing over to the “Security”. This Security was Australia Post Corporate Security Group-CSG NSW. On the morning of 16 June 2006, the whole matter was handed over to the investigator of CSG NSW Mr Don Kane. Mr. Gabell said it was out of his jurisdiction to investigate as it was identified as fraudulent matter. The short-lived honesty of Australia Post’s two employees-Mr. Steve Gabell and Ms Roslyn ended after the matter was handed over to Mr Don Kane-Investigator. Mr Gabell stopped telling us anything more by saying he is at the “Bottom of the totem pole”. For us, this meant that the people on the higher levels at Australia Post wanted to hide the truth and cover up this matter. That has happened and it still keeps happening in June 2020.
I had a conversation with Mr Kane on 16 June 2006 where I kept on insisting him to do his job with absolute honesty and to investigate properly. He said to me, helping me was his job and that is what they do. That was the first and the last conversation I had with Mr Kane. He did not call me, respond to my letters, my solicitor’s letters and kept us in the dark for the past fourteen years. It was later discovered that Mr Don Kane’s boss at the time was Mr Alan Barwick JP. He was the State Manager CSG NSW/ACT. If Mr. Don Kane’s job was to help me then Mr. Barwick’s job was also to help me and my family as well.
The cover ups started and have never ended. Each and every democratic process used by me failed to get the truth out. That failure was intentional, calculated, deliberate and systemic. I request all my current and future supporters to read my petition to Ms Holgate and the numerous updates that followed.
Here is the brief information about Mr. Alan Barwick JP. This was publicly available.

As you would all appreciate this is a most important position as the majority of our players are governed by this committee. Alan will be formally introduced at the President Workshop to be held on Thursday 3 March. This would be an opportune time for club executives to make themselves known to Alan.
Bio Alan Barwick:
Alan has been associated with football for most of his life as a player, coach,manager and administrator. He has an in-depth understanding of the game from a player and administrative perspective.
He presently owns and operates a successful risk management consultancy that specialises in management, security and investigations at all levels. His almost forty years’ experience in the industry extends across many boundaries and includes; Law Enforcement, Management, Risk and Security Operations. He has held senior management positions in several major corporations i.e. Australia Post, Coles Myer and Brambles”.

And here is some more information about Mr Alan Barwick JP.
“Alan served for twenty years in the NSW Police Force. He performed duties in General Duties, Traffic, Criminal Investigations and Tactical Response Group. Alan was the Director of the Criminal Intelligence Analyst Training Course at the NSW Police Academy. Was attached to the Organised Crime Squad, Bureau of Criminal Intelligence and was instrumental in the establishment of State Intelligence Group. Presently, Alan is the State Manager NSW/ACT, Corporate Security Group-Australia Post.”
And there is even some more below. In one of the interviews, 20 years ago, to CCTV Focus magazine Mr Barwick was saying:
He needed remote security system that is most efficient and effective all around and the system he chose for Australia Post, in his view, provided the best solution for fraud and theft prevention strategy with the aim of eliminating fraud and theft altogether across New South Wales. He was confident that Australia Post CCTV concept only minimally affected the network bandwidth because the remote facility did the recording and then used the network only for remote image playback and retrieval at the CSG head office. The new digital recorders enabled a more efficient and time-saving way to search for data. This system had the ability to display the requested recorded information.
Dear Supporters, my ID theft and the cover ups started in June 2006. This means any teething problems this system may have in 2001 were all addressed by then and Mr Barwick did not have to even leave his head office in Sydney to see my imposter in action, from the comfort of his office, while submitting the Mail Redirection Application form in a Post office that was NOT the Haymarket PostShop as per Mr Gabell. Also, this CCTV system was capable to see my imposter in action of accepting the keys of a PO Box opened on my name in Haymarket PostShop. In addition to this, someone actually opening the PO Box with the hope of getting hands on the envelope and the cheque on my name that Australia Post is hiding from me was possibly seen by Mr Barwick as well. No one, including Mr Barwick, Mr Kane and others are ready to tell me who was caught opening that PO Box. This PO Box was deliberately kept running to catch people in the act despite identified as fraudulently opened on my name.
With all the above information about Mr Barwick it is clear that he allegedly knew the people behind my ID Theft, the person that submitted the Mail Redirection Application form, the writers of the cheque on my name, the person that took the keys of PO Box from Haymarket PostShop that was opened on my name and then to allegedly cover up this matter he certified the fabricated documents in his authority and capacity of a Justice of the Peace without disclosing his conflict of interest in the matter to anyone in my family. This action of Mr Barwick breached the rules applicable to him as a JP as well.
On 31 December 2009 I called Mr Barwick on his mobile phone number to enquire about the Australia Post documents he certified. He told me that he did not certify any such documents and his signature on the documents is a forgery. At that time, he did not even see the documents. Mr Barwick then asked me to send all the certified documents to Mr Chris Lenton, who had taken over his position, for sending over to him because he was no longer working for Australia Post.
I did send those documents to Mr Lenton but he was neither ready to verify Mr Barwick’s certification nor was he ready to send them to Mr Barwick. Mr Lenton wrote to me to deal with Mr Barwick directly. I then sent the documents to Mr Barwick to verify his own certification but he never responded to my letters sent in the past and SMS messages sent recently to tell me the truth.
The cover ups have continued and for Ms Holgate to remain silent is becoming a very serious matter because she has the responsibility to address this matter.
After leaving Australia Post, Mr Barwick even criticised Australia Post Executive on a radio for cutting down CSG staff number and many other issues as per his experience with Australia Post while in the job. What Ms Holgate is allegedly doing is protecting the people involved in the cover ups and saying nothing about the documented wrongdoings of past and present employees of Australia Post. She has maintained silence on the information provided to her by me. This is against the rules and standards that she is expected to adhere to herself.

Mr Don Kane has also failed to respond to my numerous emails, letter in the mail and SMS messages. Many high-ranking officials involved in these matters or made aware of these matters have left their highly paid and very long-term jobs with Australia Post in recent times.
Ms Holgate is not expected to continue my family’s pain and suffering and psychological torture any longer for protecting the wrongdoers.
My petition to Ms Holgate is now signed and supported by 17,390 people from across Australia. I thank them for their support to get the truth out. Everyone wants to know the truth and nothing but the truth.
This unprecedented cover up that has been ongoing for the past FOURTEEN years is a wake up call for everyone that has contributed to keep it covered up and is a wake up call for all the owners of Australia Post-the Citizens of Australia and all the others that use Australia Post as well.
