My fight for justice and against the systemic documented corruption and cover ups has now entered into its fifteenth year. My identity theft cover ups have gone out of control because numerous big names have allegedly ignored the cover ups despite it was their responsibility to address them. Protecting them is more important than telling us the truth is the view I have formed.
In my last update I mentioned the name of the successor of Mr Alan Barwick JP. He is Mr Chris Lenton. Mr Barwick certified fabricated Australia Post documents while holding the position of the State Manager of Australia Post Corporate Security Group NSW/ACT. This was obviously to cheat me in believing that those were the documents involved in the fraud and crimes. That effort failed because what we were told and what was on the documents did not add up at all. The dates were all over the place. There were many other issues with these documents.
It appears that when Mr Barwick was unable to continue to hide the truth, he left Australia Post. Mr. Chris Lenton was Operations Manager at the time. He was promoted to the position of State Manager CSG NSW/ACT when Mr Barwick left.
The question of fabricated documents’ certification by Mr Barwick was not addressed. It is still not addressed. When I called Mr Barwick, he suggested that I send the documents with his certification to Mr Lenton so that Mr Lenton could send those to him for checking if he certified the documents I was referring to. On the phone Mr Barwick said to me that his signature on the certified documents was a forgery without even looking at the documents.
The document posted today is the letter to me from Mr Chris Lenton dated 5 December 2011. This was in response to my letter to him dated 7 November 2011. I simply asked Mr Lenton to check the documents and tell me if the certification by Mr Barwick is genuine or is a forgery. Mr Barwick and Mr Lenton were probably working together for around 10 years and it was easy for Mr Lenton to tell me the truth. He could see that the certification was genuine but the documents were fabricated. He immediately distance himself from what was obvious. He declined to send the documents to Mr Barwick and declined to verify the certification.
After I got the written confirmation from Mr Lenton that he was the State Manager CSG, based in Sydney I wrote a comprehensive letter to him dated 12 December 2011 for helping me and to provide the REAL documents involved in these activities. Attached to this twelve pages letter were two documents and they were copies of my Money Order for $30.00 that I sent to process my FOI Application where I asked for documents to the Corporate Lawyer and then there was a transaction receipt where someone took cash by presenting that money order in Strawberry Hills Post Office in Sydney. This is located near the CSG Office and Corporate Lawyers office as well.
Mr Lenton did not respond to my letter at all. I raised my serious concerns about this non-response with the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post Mr Ahmed Fahour. He did not respond to these concerns as well. Everything is very well documented.
The document posted today has the Delivery Confirmation-Advice Receipt of my letter to Mr Lenton dated 12.12 2011 which is personally signed by him. This card was received by me on 16.12.2011. Please observe that this card has no signature of the Delivery Officer. No date of delivery and no Office Post Mark. The tracking summary did not show that the letter was delivered despite the card signed by Mr Lenton was already received by us.
I allege that this was a deliberate attempt to hide that this letter was delivered to Mr Lenton on their systems. The cover ups continued and the truth is yet not revealed to us about the fraud, crimes and the motive behind these activities of using fraudulently obtained Indonesian Passport on my name as a Photo ID to redirect my entire family’s mail to a PO Box in Haymarket. That PO Box was also opened on my name using the Indonesian Passport as a photo ID. Australia Post official are also hiding the envelope addressed to me and the cheque inside that envelope as well. They are also hiding the real documents involved and who was caught opening the PO Box to get the hands on the envelope with the cheque inside. They are also hiding the mobile number that was called of my imposter. This is ongoing from June 2006. Ms Holgate has dismally failed to address this matter.
My petition is now signed and supported by 17537 people from across Australia. Ms Holgate has not responded despite my numerous requests. She also failed to respond to the documents sent to her. Her silence on the documented systemic cover ups that are brought to her attention on a regular basis is not acceptable at all.
My fight for justice is not going to stop. Please support my family in this fight because this is a national public interest issue that must be resolved. I asked for a meeting with Ms Holgate but she does not respond.
I thank all my current supporters for giving me the strength and encouragement to fight for justice and to get the truth out. Mr Lenton worked for Australia Post for almost twenty-eight years before leaving his job. With that much experience in this field I am at a loss to understand why he acted in a way that was against the rules applicable to him to work with honesty and integrity.
For Mr Fahour to protect wrongdoers was unacceptable, unfair, unjust and unreasonable. For Ms Holgate to ignore cover ups and remain silent on documented wrongdoings of numerous past and present Australia Post officials is a very serious matter and deserves wide-spread condemnation by the people of this country is my view.
