Today I am posting a documentary evidence that Australia Post’s “Authorised Officer” for the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2013 responded to my confidential letter to Ms Christian Holgate without my consent to respond.
He is Mr Evan Henley. Mr Henley no longer works for Australia Post is my view. He has taken up a similar job that he had with Australia Post as their Senior Workplace Relations Advisor with Energy Australia. That position is “Employee & Industrial Relations Lead”.
The MD & Group CEO, because of their position, becomes Principal Officer for the PID Act 2013. This Act is for the Whistle-blowers to allow them to provide information to the Authorised Officers in relation to what they may consider as corrupt, criminal, dishonest, fraudulent etc. activities they encounter or become aware of. The Authorised Officer, under the Act, is obliged to take information from anyone as if they were the employees, contractors etc. of the organisation.
This was confirmed to me by the Official of the Commonwealth Ombudsman which was Section 70 of the Act. The moment I started writing, the efforts to shut me up started in no time. The person with the name Mr Rod Lemish who is/was also the Authorised Officer closed the case by supplying one old letter from the person named Mr Geoff Williams to me and said this matter was already investigated before by stopping me to present documents and evidence.
Mr Geoff Williams is/was the Board & Shareholder Liaison and allegedly involved in unacceptable conduct himself. My previous updates have the mention of Mr Williams’s name several times. He even wrote “NFA” (No further Action) on my letter to Mr. Ahmed Fahour-former MD & Group CEO off Australia Post dated 18 September 2010 and filed it without a response. That letter was NOT for Mr Geoff Williams in the first place.
Today, the emails mentioned by Mr Evan Henley, that I wrote to Ms Christine Holgate in her capacity as the Principal Officer of the PID Act 2013 are shared below. Please read them fully to understand how this matter is covered up by the very people responsible to help me and assist me and respond to my letters. The cover ups have continued.
The exodus from Australia Post of the employees involved in these matters is not getting investigated. They all allegedly took part in hiding the truth and the documents, when they had all the authority and power to resolve this matter and provide me with the documents requested to move forward in this matter. Most of them were long term employees and expected to be earning big money as well.
Ms Holgate’s silence on documented wrongdoings, dishonesty, unethical and corrupt activities including the hiding of the documents involved in my Identity theft is unacceptable. She has all the powers to demand the documents and release them to me but she has remained silent and even relied on the people in Mr Fahour’s team she inherited and then continued to allegedly protect them, use them and keep them in their former positions. This does not fit well with her leadership role is my view.
My fight for justice is not going to stop. If Ms Holgate has decided to wear me down, decided to ignore my family’s pain and suffering and psychological torture, ignores the documented corruption and cover ups that are ongoing, fails to address unacceptable conduct of the former and current employees of Australia Post, fails to respond to my letters, faxes, emails and phone calls, fails to adhere to the ethical standards of Australia Post that she expects all the others to follow then the Owners of Australia Post-the Citizens of Australia are expected to denounce that type of conduct with one voice is my view.
My supporter number has now gone up to 17722 and is approaching 18000 people from every corner of Australia. Please help to spread the word as one day it could be you, your friend or a family member and if the criminals win they will be encouraged to continue with their activities of stealing identities, opening passports on your names, obtaining credit cards on your names and the level of protection they got, in my case, will become their victory instead of my family’s victory by bring them to justice.
If this matter is exposed in the media there will be no shortage of people putting their heads down in shame. This very high number is stopping the media from touching this unprecedented matter is my view. The lack of interest of the media has not deterred me one bit from my path of fighting for stopping the destruction of democracy in Australia. That path is very clear and in the PUBLIC INTEREST of the WORLD. I have started from Australia because this is our home.
The politicians, including my Local Federal Member of Parliament the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP, all the Senators for NSW and many other Ministers, Senators, MP’s, PM’s, AG’s and many Ministers for Communications-past and present and numerous journalists have been contacted time and again but they have not cared to raise this matter in the Parliament or raise this 14 years of unresolved ID theft matter in the media. What are they afraid of?
Ms Holgate may feel she has everyone on her side to cover up this matter. Well, her own team members have left her and their jobs at Australia Post. Will she learn from that?
Please read my comments on the document posted today and the following emails. These emails prove that Mr. Henley has breached his code of conduct, rules, abused his authority and then eventually left Australia Post. Will he be investigated?
Why is Ms Holgate not ready to meet me? Who are her advisors? Are these the people involved in the cover ups themselves? Is Mr Fahour and his team above the law? Where are the Resolutions experts gone? Why are the corporate lawyers running away from their jobs at Australia Post? Where are all those FOI decision makers gone that have breached the FOI Act while making decisions on this matter? Where are all those CSG Managers gone? Where is the Investigator gone?
Why is Ms HOLGATE silent? Who are the fraudsters that need to be protected? How are the whistle-blowers going to be treated? Where is AUSTRALIA POST heading under Ms Holgate’s leadership?
Pleaser do not allow Australia Post officials to get away from what they have done in these matters. Please help and please share this update and please sign and comment.

Any questions that you may have will be answered if they are related to my petition and updates.
Please do not allow Australia Post to carry on like this because we all OWN Australia Post and it is operated for us all. We need honest, moral, ethical, law abiding, fair, reasonable and just people running Australia Post at all times.
I hope Ms Holgate will lead by example and tell me the truth.

I expected at least your prompt acknowledgement to my email dated Sunday, December 03, 2017 12:43 PM. No communication from you has been received. Today on 9th December 2017 is the International Anti-Corruption day. Ordinary people like my family are encouraged to expose and report corruption. I have been talking and writing about corruption for the past over 11 years.
The people of this nation have hardly any faith and trust left in many elected representatives. I have lost trust with many as they do not stand up when they see the highest-level corruption. They engage in alleged wilful blindness especially when the big names are involved in corruption and crimes cover ups is my view.
To show you that many past and present elected representatives know about my family’s fight against the corruption and the fight to get justice I have attached few letters here. Then there are letters from the people around you and in one case my SMS exchange with your Corporate Secretary as well. Her position has changed in a short space of time four times. In one instance it was Corporate Secretary-Office of the Managing Director. This was a position that was never heard of in the past history of Australia Post is my view. As soon as the former MD and Group CEO Mr. Ahmed Fahour left this position appears to have been abolished.
In your latest information about your Executive Team there is no mention of the position Corporate Secretary-Office of the Managing Director even mentioned that was held by Ms Erin Kelly. It was in every respect manipulated position for some reason is my view and that reason could be linked to have an additional layer of cover or protection that Mr Fahour required for some reason before he could be reached without passing through the gatekeepers like Ms Kelly and Mr. Paul Burke who was the Group Executive-Office of the Managing Director is my view.
The person who took his life as mentioned in my email below is Mr Bob Croxford. He was the State Manager in your Melbourne Headquarters of Australia Post Corporate Security Group-CSG. More about Mr Croxford later. Three letters are attached here for you to see firsthand the mention of Mr Croxford’s name. Two are from Mr Paul Burke to me where the name of Mr Bob Croxford is mentioned by him as the contact person. The third one is my letter to Mr Ahmed Fahour that was 42 pages long with my serious concerns about many unresolved matters and my response to the review conducted on the unresolved matters by Mr Croxford. Only the first and the last page of my 42 pages letter to Mr Ahmed Fahour is attached here.
It is of serious concerns to me that my letter was not even acknowledged and someone, highly likely Mr Geoff Williams-Board and Shareholder Liaison may have written NFA on that letter and filed it without a response. In fact, the person that wrote NFA (No Further Action) on my letter was not authorised to have access to my letter is my view. How the access was allowed and what was Mr Paul Burke’s involvement in that is the question that has never been answered. Ms Erin Kelly was the Head of Board and Shareholder Liaison and in that position, she was the boss of Mr Geoff Williams. Ms Kelly has failed to respond to my numerous letters and so is Mr Paul Burke and many others as well. Mr Geoff Williams in my view deserves to be immediately stood down if he still is in Australia Post.
It was expected that Ms Christine Corbett will take the matters seriously while she was the Acting MD and Group CEO and also Group Chief Customer Officer before you took office and after Mr Fahour left. I will comment on Ms Corbett later as she continues to be the Group Chief Customer Officer. She was the potential candidate to take over from Mr Fahour but she was not ready, as per the reports, to commit for the term of what I believe was five years. I will not be surprised if she quits very soon.
There are numerous others in Australia Post including the General Manager Security and Investigations that need to be investigated is my view. Lot of documentary evidence will be provided to you directly if you give me the method in which my letters and concerns will not be opened by others. This whistle-blower contact is very poorly managed is my view but I have no choice than to write to you on this email until you provide me with the safest and most secure method to contact you as the material in my view will be very much sensitive and should never be allowed to fall into the wrong hands. All the names of the people mentioned in this email are the people not suitable to receive or act on the material as they had the chance to come clean before you took office. Numerous others names will also be provided to you after I hear from you.
I am sure if the documentary evidence proves beyond any doubts that the ongoing corruption to cover up crimes and corruption is well and truly alive you will not hesitate to investigate the matter no matter who is involved and no matter who were the criminals that were highly likely identified. The other person that was fully involved and, in my view, left Australia Post when his alleged corrupt conduct was exposed internally is Mr Alan Barwick JP. More about him later. He was the State Manger CSG NSW/ACT at the time and has failed to respond to my letters as well. The other person who worked under him Is Mr Don Kane who was the investigator and could be still with Australia Post.
I hope as you are now the highest-ranking person in Australia Post you will not ignore the alleged corruption and crimes cover ups that are ongoing. Numerous letters and documents are available and the people around you in my view should be kept miles away from you in relation to these matters as they all have played a part in keeping the matters unresolved is going to be my allegation.
I expect your very prompt response to this email and the one below dated Sunday, December 03, 2017.
I hope you have enough courage and will to fight against the corruption starting from Australia Post. There is a wide spread demand for a Federal ICAC. If that type of body was in existence this corruption that is ongoing could have been prevented and possibly the life of Mr Croxford may have been saved. Mr Fahour is not above the law and I hope that you will not allow his failures to resolve this matter continued under your leadership.
My goal is to fight against the highest-level corruption in our country starting from Australia Post.
It is expected that you will give me a voice that has been denied under the leadership of Mr Graeme T. John-former MD of Australia Post and also Mr Ahmed Fahour-former MD and Group CEO of Australia Post for the almost entire over 7 years’ duration he was the MD and CEO of Australia Post.
The Diary Entries with my comments of Constable Peter Buckley are also attached to give you further idea of the corruption.
The fight against the corruption will continue until this matter is resolved.

This is to request you to provide me with the names and positions at Australia Post of all the Authorised Officers for the PID Act 2013. It is expected that after taking office you have given fresh delegated authorities to number of people to act as Authorised Officers for the purpose of PID Act 2013.
If some of the Authorised Officers that are given delegated authority by you that are not the employees of Australia Post please provide their names and their current workplace and positions outside Australia Post as well.
Under your new leadership it will be expected that Australia Post becomes more transparent and people given delegated authority by you to act as Authorised Officers are the most honest, moral, ethical and trustworthy people and their names are made publicly available at all times on Australia Post’s website irrespective of whether it is required by this PID Act or not. That is the change I would suggest you to make to show that you are open with the people of this nation-the owners of Australia Post and the people selected by you have nothing to hide. Those not willing to have their names disclosed should not be given such delegation by you is my suggestion.
It is also important for you to realise that there are people in your Executive Team that have also worked on the same or similar positions under the leadership of Mr Ahmed Fahour and if there are some concerns about those people it will be difficult for the whistle-blowers and others to reach you as they could be authorised to open the letters written to you about the concerns about them. It is therefore suggested that you make arrangements that will stop people in your Executive Team with the alleged corrupt conduct prohibited from accessing any information about them without your knowledge. That information could be provided by anyone even outside the PID Act 2013.
There are number of people in Australia Post-past and present allegedly involved in covering up corruption and crimes and have engaged in unacceptable gross misconduct and abuse of power over number of years. Unfortunately, they could be still around you and you may have to highly likely depend on them for the information and running your office. In this situation the PID Act 2013 will fall short of giving total protection and privacy to the whistle-blowers and others as well.
Please also let me know if PwC are still contracted to handle information under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2013 by Australia Post. Please also let me know if the calls made to the whistle-blower hotline are still taken by people in call centres in New Zealand.
I wish you all the best in your new job at Australia Post and I hope you will be very successful as the money that you get is not much important to you is the view I have formed after reading the news about you. I am the customer of Australia Post from 1985 and it is my goal to help you to eradicate the documented systemic corruption that is ongoing in Australia Post and outside Australia Post.
Your extensive experience in the past is expected to help you to clean up Australia Post is my view.
Please Note: No one else is permitted to respond to this letter except Ms Christine Holgate as this email address is accessible by many others is my view. This email must be given to Ms Holgate immediately by others that have authority to access it first. My privacy must be protected at all times as serious alleged criminal and corrupt activities have taken place and as the Principal Officer of the PID Act Ms Holgate needs to know that I need a voice directly with her for which I am entitled. The authorities outside Australia Post expect me to contact her and that is what I am doing.
Ms Holgate, I have to include the above note as I have come across and identified some of the people given delegation by Mr Fahour as the Authorised Officers for the PID Act as the ones against whom I have serious concerns. The names will be provided to you later. I am not sure if they have been since removed as the Authorised Officers after you took over.
I must also inform you that one of the most senior persons that worked for Australia Post connected with the unresolved matters has taken his own life back in 2010. That death by suicide was hidden from me by number of people in Australia Post and it raises serious questions about their morals and ethics is my view.
I did not write to you immediately after you took office so as to give you some time to settle in the new environment in your Melbourne Headquarters of Australia Post. I hope that you will take utmost care and not allow the people around you to cheat and deceive you no matter how much authentic they may look from the outside. The people that have spent lot of time in and around Mr Fahour are the most to worry about is my suggestion to you.
Some of the people around you could be proven as criminally misbehaving people in the future. They may have formed the view that they are above the law. You know very well that no one should be above the law.
Providing you with documents is not the subject of this letter. It is however important for you to give me access to you directly without the interference by others.
If any other person responds to this letter external authorities will be contacted and other methods to contact Ms Holgate will be used including the use of the elected representatives.
I hope this letter is very promptly responded by you Ms Holgate. I will highly appreciate if you provide me with the fax number that is out of reach of anyone else to contact you. If you come to Sydney, I am ready to see you personally so that we can have face to face meeting with prior sufficient notice as I work away from my home in Sydney.

My above emails had numerous letters attached from the politicians and Australia Post officials. It is not possible to include them here.
Mr Henley did not mention the name of the person that referred my emails to Ms Holgate to him for a response. Please look at the timing.
9 December 2017 was a Saturday. Then went Sunday and on Monday 11 December 2017 I get a baseless response from Ms Henley. No honesty, no integrity and no values. Discouraging Whistle-blowers to even present the material is a direct reflection on Ms Holgate’s weak leadership.
Despite my repeated warnings these emails were baselessly responded by Mr Evan Henley.
Please do not allow Australia Post to go down the path of uncontrolled corruption.
Please help us as we are the victims and the people in power have abused their powers and authorities to hide the truth from us. We strongly believe that the TRUTH will Always Triumph.
