Over the years,  animated superhero shows have dominated the small screen by garnering fans from all over the world and introducing dozens of characters, only to be cancelled or ended with cliff-hangers. But now that Young Justice is revived for Season 3, this opens the door for many superhero shows  potentially being revived like Wolverine and the X-Men, Spectacular Spider-Man, the original Teen Titans and Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes.

There can be no absolute reason for these shows not to be seen again. Given that it is up to the fans, in the end it will all come down to heavy fan demand to force the creators to bring these shows back and see them resolve the storylines they truely should.
