This Change is necessary for all and it hits home for a lot of people. I know its cliche` when you hear of some one stating that their innocent for a crime that they've been convicted of. But we don't live in a perfect world so a lot of people are innocent and some laws and people in certain positions don't care enough because a lot of people live by once a criminal always a criminal. Andre is a young black African American man who lived in a small town called Jasper,FL ( Hamilton County). Hes a son , a brother , a friend , and most importantly hes a father of 3 sons and step father of 3 sons that are growing up without him. the hardest part is the kids not understanding the why. when they need him he cant be there to talk to, hangout with, or just to get advice from. I'm Chanel the Fiance who also needs him.Hes my friend, confidant, and head of household. As this may hit home for many, me i now understand more of these type of injustices when others in the past shared their stories. the impact that it has on the lives surrounding Andre or the person in your life or friends life is crazy. the kids are growing up fatherless in the black community not getting that mother father balance they need to help mold the man or woman their meant to be. A broken home is a never ending struggle in the black community ( and maybe other minority cultures) and jail or prison seem to be where a lot of our black men are going. Andre was was charged with 2nd degree murder then indicted on 1st degree by a grand jury to which only 1 of 9 witnesses testified at that hearing the court returned a true bill using inconsistent statements and refused to acknowledge other witnesses that were present.(2) there's a 24 person lineup that was given to a witness to identify the defendant which that witness couldn't identify the defendant. (3) no DNA match to place the weapon in defended possession the weapon wasn't found on defendant nor his personal possessions or on the premises of a known address he utilize.(4) there was a witness that recanted his testimony stating that the defended wasn't the shooter! that recantation is detailed precisely written and notified by the Hamilton County Jail Lieutenant to clarify the fact's of the incident that took place it was presented at trial and submitted to the court as an exhibit for the defense.(5) there was expert witnesses to state the fact's of their involvement in this case, the autopsy reporter of thirty three years experience refuted all allegations made upon defended the court refused to abide by the standard law required pursuant to Florida criminal law, rules, and procedures that would have resulted in an acquittal. (6) the trial court error in imposing a double enhancement of PRR and 10-20-life.(7) the phone tower ping showed no indication of defended being in the area of incident. (8) a relative was present in the car of the victim and stated at trial that the defended was not present and he's one hundred percent sure that the defended was not the shooter! serval witnesses stated their versions of what took place but was neglected to be called to trial due to not being of the state need to identify defended as an shooter. (9) a ballistics expert testified that the shell cases founded were not a match to either firearm.
