Puppies and kittens who don't even open their eyes after birth are thrown on the roadside. Half of them die in accidents
. Many of them are being rescued. But how long? How many of them can be rescued?

Similarly, puppies raised at home are thrown out on the road if they get any disease or infection. They do not have the courage of living outside. They getting die after being beaten by a cart or someone. 

Strict law is needed to solve this. Domestic pets must have a license. Strict action should be taken against those who throw away pets on roads, forests, and rivers.

Domestic dogs must be sterilized. Action should be taken against those who push babies who have not even opened their eyes on the road. Otherwise, there will continue to be more stories like this. 

I appeal to all. Be their voice. Authorities should find a solution for this immediately.
