Judge Kathy Stein in Lexington Kentucky is currently under investigation for misconduct in yet another custody case for her blatant disregard for the law in which she has become known for. She has already been reprimanded twice in her career for similar misconduct in 2017, 2018, and now in 2020 without anything more than a slap on the wrist. Most judges go their entire career without being reprimanded once. She has a blatant disregard for the law, clear bias, and sets up her own rules in court without any regards to evidence or the law. She is unfit for the bench and should be removed from office as she is unable to see past her own agenda and take it out on innocent families. Many good mothers and fathers have been a victim of her unjust rulings and she is a quintessential example of corruption in our government. Laws should always be followed even by judges and she has shown that she believes that does not apply to her. A simple Google search of her career history will tell you all you need to know. There is no justice in her courtroom.
