The world watches on as Russia and Putin systematically massacres the Ukrainian people.  Russia is able to prop up the Ruble and maintain/pay for this war,  because Russian nationalists are visiting as tourists in the west,  working illegally and sending the money back to Russia through shadowbanks and crypto currency transfers. 

We the people of the world are requesting the nation states of the world do the following:

Sanction ALL Russian oil and exports

Deport all Russians currently visiting your countries on tourist visas that are staying longer than 30 days. 

Revoke all currently valid tourism visas issued to Russian nationals. 

Immediately engage in peace keeping and protection operations in Ukraine. 

Do not intermingle additional national budget request items when requesting money and aid for Ukraine. 

Remove all import tariffs for all aid entering your country destined for Ukraine.
