Declare November 12th “Victor D Steen” Day “Pensacola, Fl.”

The community would like people and officials in the city of PENSACOLA to somehow honor “Victor Demarius Steen”. In 2009 early in the wee morning Victor was heading home on his bike. He was profiled as a suspicious person, approached by an officer in a squad car, chased, tased, and run over by a police cruiser. That accident eventually ended in his untimely death. The county judge found no fault in the case at first, saying the reaction time of the officer was accurate due to the circumstances but after further review and high escalation of a strong non-forgiving family they found out that on the scene the Pensacola police officer planted false evidence on victors person, in hopes to falsely accusing him of being in possession of a weapon and that was enough to make the officer accountable. The officer was ONLY suspended for 2 weeks, no other actions have been taking against HIM and he is possibly back on the force. This happened 12 years ago right in the Brownsville neighborhood near Rst and Cervantes.
On November 12th Victor Steen would have been celebrating his 31st birthday with family and friends.
SO WE THE COMMUNITY AND VOICES OF VICTOR ARE ASKING IN HONOR AND SUPPORT OF THE FAMILY. WITH GENUINE LOVE AND CARE FOR VICTOR PLEASE HELP US CELEBRATE THE LIFE OF VICTOR STEEN BY GIVING HIM THIS DAY.
