Enact Law on Gravel Truck Operations and Responsibilities

The Issue

Citizens of Mississippi have suffered significant damage to their cars and trucks on the highways and interstates due to improperly managed gravel trucks and careless driving. Thousands of dollars are spent each month to repair damages caused by loose debris from these trucks. The people are tired of drivers and companies not taking responsibility. This must end, and actions must be taken to prevent gravel trucks from causing further damage to the investments of hardworking individuals.

This is the new law that we the people would like to see put in place.
