Yulissa C. Valero, 26, mother if 2 year old boy. She was tragically taken from us on January 13 due to a drunk driver driving the wrong way on the highway. She had just turned 26 on January 10. She was the youngest out of 3.

The reason for change is to try and help avoid more deaths and accidents due to drunk driving. In 2021 there were nearly 2,000 drunk driving accidents. With 107 injured and 57 deaths. This report was just based on most popular cities in Texas, I'm sure there were more. Just one year later it was reported that the deaths for drunk driving increased. In 2022 there was 1,162 deaths reported due to drunk driving accidents. These numbers are only increasing and not much is being done to help avoid it.

My purse for this potion is to ask the state to help us make a change to help prevent more accidents in our Texas roads. We pray for plenty of change but we hope to be able to start with these 4

1. Blinking STOP signs
2. Neon Color street lanes
3. Spikes on Exit Highway Ramps
4. Sidewalks / Wall bulldozers on major streets 

My first goal will not be easy but I believe of we all come together, we can make a change! I'm also creating events to help share awareness & I can use all the help I can get �
