He is out on bail and is able to see his family. As we Rachael family and children are left with only photos and memories. These drunk drivers who kill a parent should be held responsible for minor children until they reach 21 years old.

He was hit head on at a stop sign, but thank God he's still alive but the trauma on his body caused so much sickness.
