We, the undersigned fans of Anne with an E, are calling for the revival of one of the most beautiful and meaningful shows ever made.
Millions of fans around the world were deeply impacted by Anne with an E. It wasn’t just a TV show — it was a masterpiece that celebrated imagination, courage, love, and identity. It reminded us that even in the hardest moments, kindness and hope can change everything.
Through Anne Shirley-Cuthbert’s story, we saw what it means to dream big, to love deeply, and to never give up — no matter what the world says. The series explored real issues that still matter today: feminism, race, class, trauma, friendship, and belonging. Every episode carried a message that touched hearts across generations and countries.
When the show was canceled after Season 3, millions of us were left heartbroken. Anne’s journey wasn’t finished — and neither were the stories of Gilbert, Diana, Ka’kwet, Sebastian, and the rest of Avonlea. We wanted to see Anne’s future as a writer, her growing love with Gilbert, and her fight for a fairer, kinder world.
It doesn’t matter if the cast has grown older — that’s part of what makes it even more beautiful. Time has passed for us too, and seeing them grow alongside the fans who have loved them all these years would make the story feel even more real, even more timeless.
Now is the time to act. The world needs stories like Anne with an E — stories that remind us to be brave, to be kind, and to keep believing in our dreams. Bringing this series back, whether as Season 4, a movie, or a special continuation, would mean reigniting the light that Anne gave to millions.
