Hello, these are just a few facts that me and others in the hair industry feel should b highlighted and not overlooked about barbers/stylist and nail techs that are certified as professionals in this area. Every barber/stylist and nail tech that has went to school knows that a very high percentage of school and state board testing is based on SANITATION! Educating on how to handle certain situations to prevent the spread of diseases, viruses, fungus and more! They even require Barber shops to have a hand sink next to stations!...a lot of us wear gloves anyway! A lot of us wear face mask anyway!A lot of us wash our hands after every head anyway! A lot of us disinfect after each head anyway! Why? Cause that’s wut school teach!! the hair industry gets taken thru all that sanitary stuff but say we are not ESSENTIAL!!� but liquor stores are? Automotive businesses are? Electronic stores? Restaurant can still do carry out? Smh We just don’t get it...once these cooks hair start growin back these nurses tracks starts to come up these bosses of essential businesses start to looking ruff who they gone need? Moral of this is We are more essential and needed!!
