Humanity party to be available on all voting ballots in Arkansas!

The Issue

The U.S. Constitution Articles V and XIV were put into place to protect everyones religious freedoms! They clearly state that everyone is recognized in having the rights to proceedural due process of law. Part of this civil due process includes an unbiased tribunal and the ability to testify in the court of law! Article 19 section 1 of the Arkansas Constitution is in direct conflict with these statements! Additionally, I would add that the passing of a recent law allows healthcare workers to refuse service based upon religious preferences as well! This way of thinking has already had the potential to spiral out of control and frankly, this has gone on long enough! I have been religiously persecuted by hypocritical Christians my entire life! Any agnostic, atheist, freethinker, disbeliever, spiritual not religious, and/or nonebeliever(None's) in the state is behind me when I say this blatently means that we are not allowed the same rights as Christians and Christians are better people in the court of law! None's ability to engage in positive liberties are being severly limited by the negative liberties displayed by the actions of Christians!

The bill of rights clearly states that congress is not allowed to make any law reflecting such a bias, clearly the power being 100 times more in every position now than it was then means that no law making body of government should do this! This is not a biased interpretation of facts considering they were never all meant to have this much power in the first place after 9-11 and a population boom.

Currently with abortion, SB289 ragarding healthcare discrimination and article 19 section 1, I am legitamently counting 3 bill of rights violations! Just for me when I have committed no crime for example!?

This applies to others as well and I am sure they will be just as upset as I am as I spread awareness to all!

Most of the problem here is everyone is unaware, or does not seem to fully comprehend the magnitude of choosing what laws and rights apply to whom, especially based on illogical intangible antiquated religious beliefs. Current legislators voting for this are abusing positions of power allowing abusive bias position holders to carry out illegal religously fanatical doctrine!

This is another example of how the current state and federal legislators accept no responsibility or consequences for their clearly biased or treasounous actions agianst the citizens they were sworn to protect!?

Why would anyone allow this to happen!?

This could happen to anyone as biased as these decisions are and this is exactly the kind of thing protecting our country in the army was supposed to defend against!

Bipartisan politicians have been taking advantage of our lack of organization and fears to maintain their power, control and money.

Humanism and moderate understanding of these concepts are necessary to remove this already corrupt and illegal abuse of power by people that could possibly be as infallable as they pretend to be considering that we are all human.

How many more rights need to be taken away from people that do nothing wrong before we lose our chance to act now!?

Regardless of what you think about me or this petition, all that matters is that we no longer vote democrat or republican in the next elections if you honestly expect anything to get better here or the rest of the country. We start here now!
