James French Hill is an American businessman and politician, serving as the U.S. Representative for Arkansas's 2nd congressional district since 2015. A member of the Republican Party, he has been actively involved in politics and business. Hill holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University. His extensive career includes roles such as Director at Mason Best Company, Special Assistant to the President in the Executive Office, and Executive at Regions Bank. He also founded and served as CEO of Delta Trust & Banking Corp. In government, he was the Deputy Assistant Secretary at the Treasury for Corporate Finance and served as Assistant Secretary from 1989 to 1991.
