Being wrongly convicted is so hard mentally to deal with it is a mental strain it is draining
life sapping,
sole destroying,
life ruining!!!
Im a good girl never been in trouble with the police until this.
Wanting to tell the world I’m innocent but having to just shut up, just get on with it While thinking who would believe me who doesn’t really know me.
If people do believe me still have to live like a criminal unless win appeal. Daily clinging on to the hope of winning. Fearing how I would cope if I lose.
Conforming to all license conditions as treated like a criminal just knowing it’s what police & probation have to do. While secretly a part of you dies inside. It hasn’t got easier. I think will it ever?
The thought of losing appeal with CCRC having to live with being set up for life. It is proper life ruining

body and sole destroying!!!
There is no way enough support for wrongly convicted people!! I hope sharing this helps others know they are not alone.
Having to live like a criminal messes with your mental health badly and destroys your confidence & self worth.
It is like living a nightmare EVERY day!!!
A constant reminder for me of what the person who set me up did to the poor child victims and what he did to me. It makes me feel physically sick!!!

She had never been in trouble with the police before.
She did not deserve any of this!
I watched as her world fell apart.
Her mum reported this monster in her shed. They hoped police would come try get DNA off his cigarette butt etc. They never bothered to come.
That disgusts me! They didn’t believe her as this person was to good at hiding his tracks.
I saw a healthy young women beautiful inside and out deteriorate physically and mentally. It was utterly heartbreaking! She was to ill to get through a psychiatric fit for trial assessment. She was to ill to even speak with her solicitor in the year that he represented her.
So I ask you how the heck did they think she was fit to defend herself at trial?
The judge said she spoke at sentencing clearly after week in prison. Her speech is not slurred with a bad stutter all the time. As some people with a stutter am sure will agree.
Just because prison is over this ordeal is far from over for her.
She struggles with what he did and the fact he has made her have to live like a monster criminal which she is far from! Please help her!

I can’t believe how disgusting my daughter was treated by her solicitor due to her disability. My dying wish is for justice for my daughter. She’s innocent and it needs to be proven. She’s a lovely caring fun loving girl who did not deserve any of this!
