“As someone who works for both Uber Eats and Uber Passenger, I’ve seen a steady drop in pay while the cost of living, gas, and car maintenance keep rising. Despite working long hours, it’s becoming harder to make ends meet. Uber needs to fairly compensate drivers and couriers for their time, effort, and vehicle expenses. We ask for higher base pay, more transparency in fare breakdowns, and better overall support for workers who keep the platform running.”
