There are more than 2,000 residents residing at the Mitchel Houses Development and there are many Pet Owners within the population. I care because having a Dog Park for the residential and neighborhood Dogs, it will allow all pets to exercise freely without a leash. In addition, it can promote a better control of poop waste. This is a Public Health Law to maintain a low rate of Rat Infestation and Improve Cleanliness. My name is Ms Cruz and I am the Community Resident Advocate at the Mitchel Houses Development.
