Ronald Reagan was born on this day 125 years ago in Tampico, Illinois. Our 40th president from 1981 to 1989 and California's 33rd Governor from 1967 to 1975 and a pioneer of the conservative movement. He seems like one of the most recognizable and impactful figures in our history in the late 20th history, so I figured he might be a good figure to recognize here. He was pretty popular. Since this is about election day and voting, good to recognize any elected official. This is for the United States as a whole, so best if presidents rather than governors who represent only a specific state. Also today is the birthday of Axl Rose (lead singer of Guns N' Roses), Bob Marley, and Rick Astley (the guy who created the song that later became the Rick roll)
