Please, no more changing clocks for daylight savings time!!! We need to stay on permanent STANDARD TIME!! For health reasons and safety reasons, especially for our young kids that are going out to school buses and other ways of transportation for getting to school and with DST, they are in the dark, way too dangerous.. Also it has been proven and medical experts back it up that permanent standard time is overall more healthy for the body and earlier morning light makes it easier for the body to awake. Let’s think of our children out there in the dark hours. It’s almost 9am sometimes before it’s completely light out and that’s just way too late.
It is a abundantly clear that daylight savings time was intended for reasons that a no longer applicable to our modern day society, and a HUGE factor of decreased mental health for thousands, if not millions across the United States. There is no reason we should tweak the natural circadian rhythm of our bodies. This needs to be a permanent switch for the greater good.
No more daylight savings! We have enough troubles with our sleep patterns, why further exacerbate this chronic conditions for many Americans? End daylight savings, fall back to our "original" historical time during the Autumn.
