Last March the Senate introduced and then voted unanimously to pass a permanent Daylight Savings Time starting November 2023. It's called the Sunshine Protection Act of 2021. S.623 - Sunshine Protection Act of 2021.
This passed and went to the House of Representatives where it went nowhere. They tabled it. 

How long would it take them to vote on it? If it passed 100% in the Senate, it should pass the House. I think the majority of us are tired of changing the clocks twice a year. It causes a lot of health problems, they're all documented. 

Please let's get this noticed. The House works for us. Stop spending money for an hour and vote on something that benefits all Americans.
