I wanted to share some concerns regarding the ongoing construction in our Dufferin community. It seems that the road lighting is insufficient, which can make it difficult for residents, especially those of us who don’t drive, to navigate while carrying laundry carts or other necessities. Additionally, the construction noise at night can be pretty disruptive, and I worry about the safety of children crossing the street, particularly with the ongoing preparations for the new developments. It would be beneficial to update the signal lights to ensure everyone's safety, as there is a risk of accidents when cars make turns. It might be worth considering pausing the project temporarily to assess how we can better address the needs of our community. If the aim is to create a cycle lane, I hope we can find solutions that enhance Dufferin St instead of complicating it further. I appreciate the efforts to improve our area, and I’m hopeful we can collaborate on making choices that will benefit our community. Thank you for considering our feedback! City Hall should fix falling roads, such as the Dovercourt and Hallam areas. Or another street that needs more repairing, not Dufferin St

How can Dufferin St residents live with no stopping, no unloading groceries, no accommodation for tradespeople to maintain our homes, no opportunity for tenants to move in and out, and then we all stare at the RED LANE as a reminder that required living conditions are enjoyed buy everyone else except those of us who live on Dufferin St? Rationality would have to agree that this is not part of a definition of community living!

As a local business owner in Bend, Oregon, I’ve built my company, The iPhone Guy, with the sole purpose of helping people in our community. Unfortunately, I’ve been unfairly flagged by Google for practices that are both legitimate and common among small local service providers. I am not here to game the system—I’m here to fix phones, solve problems, and serve my neighbors with integrity. When big tech companies paint small businesses with a broad brush, it hurts real people. It silences honest work and makes it harder for local communities to thrive. I urge Google to rethink and refine its policies to better support local businesses who are simply trying to do the right thing
