This type of high-density development is completely unsuitable to a quiet, suburban neighborhood like Rothesay Bay. The proposal presented lacks the character and charm that is typical in the area—it's visually intrusive and makes no reference to the scale or rhythm of the homes surrounding it. We need thoughtful, context-sensitive planning that enhances our community, not boxy blocks that take away from it.

This would be most appropriately displayed within the town hall and elsewhere in the near vicinity!

His actions impacted my wellbeing and sense of security in Darebin, and I know many others who feel the same but are too scared to speak up because his fans are policing anyone that speaks their truth about him being hurtful to some members of the community.
Honoring his “contribution” is yet another hurtful act for those of us who were affected by his careless actions who were creation division for the sake of his own popularity
