Please help Cash get home. This case should have been a slam dunk. The nightmare of having a trusted friend take your dog to train and dog sit, while you go on holiday. The sitters intentions are very clear in her messages, but it's your friend and why wouldn't you trust them. Well she wasn't a good friend, she is a scam artist and Cash needs to get home!

Keeping a tropical parrot in open elements during cold Winter season can be fatal or cause sickness! And the small cage is not appropriate for a large parrot as they need mobility! He is deliberately thumbing his nose at the law because it is doing nothing to protect this poor bird. Authorities need to TAKE THAT MACAW AWAY FROM HIM and find a parrot sanctuary.
You also need to forbid him from owning birds ever again.
