Each recovery from this painful surgery is a harrowing reminder of the human convenience often placed before animal well-being. Our cherished feline companions lose an entire digit of their paws, with many suffering from behavioral problems and arthritis as a direct consequence. Devastatingly, a higher percentage of declawed cats end up in animal shelters in comparison to those with intact paws.
