My black son was framed with drugs taken off a white child that was permitted to return to public common school while my son was not and has never gotten a hearing in front of the local school board. Fayette County Public Schools criminally charged my son with the fabricated police report as well and assaulted me while I was peacefully protesting what they were doing and failing to do. They have defamed my character and when I tried to re-enroll my son when they failed to have a hearing they barricaded the doors at the public common school and wouldn’t even let me enter the front office. The only hearing we have been afforded was in front of staff that have a direct financial interest in my son’s transfer in alternative schools and when I tried to record the hearing to prove it was not the board, they kicked us out for no reason. Fayette co public schools is extremely corrupt.

Do not have anything to do with this app. They have been taking various amounts out of my bank account without my permission. There is no consistency to the charges. They are random and for different amounts. I have noticed there seems to be a pattern of taking some money prior to making a second withdrawal immediately following the first one. Therefore, they have been hitting my account for 2 transactions back to back. Complete Fraud!!!

I spent the entire year of 2024 trying to cancel my membership. They forced me to keep it open over a 19 dollars in a savings Albert account that I could not access because even though I had already linked other debit cards and bank accounts to my Albert account, where monthly membership fees were being pulled from, it would only allow me to withdraw the savings with an bank account that I had closed a year prior. I reached out to customer support for months and kept being asked to verify that old bank account with statements that I did not have. I did not understand why when I had the Albert cash card, which supposedly I should be able to transfer the balance to, and clearly they had access to another bank account since they pulled 15 dollars a month every month from it. I paid over $145 over $19 that I had no way to withdraw. Finally in November, after 11 months, they offered to send a check. WHY NOT OFFER THAT SINCE JANUARY?! I was ripped off for all those months I spent contacting them to no avail. They refunded 3 of the 11 months. This is theft.

As a child, I vividly remember the joy of playing Pokemon on the special Pikachu edition Gameboy Color. I kept up with the new consoles solely to play my favorite game even though it was the same algorithm with a minor facelift time and time again. Now I see that the same company refuses to reinvent themselves, choosing instead to go as far as to lock out and harass a small developer who decided to make their own spin on a game genre but ultimately anyone with innovative ideas and a good product. Stifling innovation as others have stated, but more so behaving like a spoiled child whose not the favorite anymore. Nintendo, Game Freak, and Pokemon were not responsible for creating the Monster Catching genre. Though you have captivated generations for decades it doesn't mean you own it. It seems like you are deliberately betraying the community now and are going above and beyond to do so. The best way to deal with competition is to embrace it, not to eliminate it.

From a childhood full of Wii games to preordering a Switch, I supported Nintendo’s innovations with hopes that was the vision they wanted to bring to the world. Stifling the innovation of competition is the opposite of that spirit, especially when the issues in question are either not their original concepts, or so obscure that they seem meaningless. Palworld did it better, and Nintendo needs to take notes and outdo them, not stifle their progress.

I grew up loving Nintendo, and Pokemon especially has always been and still is one of my favorites, but Nintendo's recent actions have horribly disappointed me, and it's painfully obvious that their actions are little more than just an attempt at bullying away their competition. If this law suit continues, it won't just affect Palworld, it could potentially affect all of gaming. It will set a precedent that simple game mechanics can be patented, and this will stifle creative innovation in games for decades to come. Whether you like Palworld or not, NO ONE should be supporting that.

It is ridiculous that Nintendo wants to kill off Palworld, when Nintendo barely put any effort into the Pokemon games. And trying to claim a patent over gliding? Ark also have gliding, yet Nintendo has no problem with them. Nintendo just wants to eliminate any competition to keep a monopoly in the market, because otherwise they will have to put effort into their Pokemon franchise. I mean look at Scarlet and Violet on launch, no innovation, regressive graphics. Palworld was a breath of fresh air, and felt fun to play. I used to like Nintendo, but seeing them add more and more anti-consumer practices while forcing PocketPair to make changes to Palworld, it’s just sick, and I stand by PocketPair.

As long as I have been alive. I've never seen anything like this. It breaks my heart that Nintendo is going this route. I have never had this much fun with games ever, andmy sisters and I love this game with a passion. It breaks my heart...because you (Nintendo) I respect you guys and your games, bc I play animal crossing, but the fact you copy certain games that was out before you but you don't want others to do the same. I know there are Terraria players who are in love eith this game, and it's frustrating that you want to see Palworld fail bc you feel threatened. The games are suppose to be fun not power hungry. Instead of feeling threatened why don't you learn and take the time to make your games better? Pokemon has been out for a long g time. I love pokemon but it's repetitive and it's still the same mechanics. This is an issue for me bc you guys are making this such a big deal...and it's not fair that palworld has to suffer bc of your fear of loosing sales. The fact your trying to kill off palworld is ridiculous. Natindo what happened to you? You were never like this, no one won't stop buying pokemon bc of palworld. People will still play it and buy it, but I can't get over this issue with this stuff. The fact of you guys are abusing patent and suing game mechanics because you have nothing else to do. Do better Nintendo.
