Today we raised the Hon. Judge Claria Horn Boom a HAIL MARY upon finding caselaw that I would like to call a smoking gun…

For those of you that are unaware, I edited our complaint 3x under 5:2025-CV-100 and our default judgement hinges on it… however Judge Boom denied it without any reason whatsoever. Today I finally found caselaw from the Supreme Court of the United States that states for a judge to deny a motion for leave to amend without reason is ABUSE OF DISCRETION. So if Judge Boom decides to continue to deny us justice WE’RE SUING!!! 

I said this before and she called my bluff but now I found a case that binds her completely, Judge boom does NOT have a choice. 

due to the conduct of Judge Boom, I am still planning to file a CHECKMATE in the appellate court as Judge Boom has been antagonistic for the entire proceeding and I’m not counting on her granting our HAIL MARY but she’s a fool if she doesn’t, risking her reputation for lil ole me. I believe she’s going to continue to try to find loop holes and fail as I’ve already done my research. THERE IS NONE. Judge Boom is wrong and caught like a deer in headlights. 

However Time can only tell us what is going to happen next but I’m not waiting too long. Judge Boom has been given an ultimatum to render a decision by Monday or Nov 19, 2025 and I STAND ON THAT.

Hold tight yall, yall know imma fight til the old lady starts singing and even then I can’t stop and won’t stop. ITS TIME TO SAVE OUR BLACK BABIES AND DEMAND THE UNEQUIVOCAL PROTECTION OF THEIR EQUAL ACCESS TO A PUBLIC EDUCATION!!!

PS- shout out to Tupac for the inspiration to keep going and to raise a HAIL MARY as this is life after death for me. SOMEBODY came to my land to kill me the same day I visited Cincinnati PubliC Schools to continue this mission to #AbolishTheSchoolToPrisonPipeline and wrote on my greenhouse “YOU WILL BE MF SHOT” so I might as well flip tables on my way out since they’re coming. I don’t fear death, I fear leaving my children in a world full of barriers that prevent them from reaching their full potential so LETS GO!!!
