The topic of Jewish identity and rights holds significant cultural, religious, and historical importance worldwide. Recent trends of rising antisemitism have highlighted the need to combat discrimination and promote awareness about Jewish heritage. Petitions under this topic advocate for education on Jewish history, combating hate speech, and supporting Jewish communities facing persecution.
One prominent petition with thousands of signatures calls for schools to include comprehensive Jewish history in their curriculum to combat ignorance and prejudice. Another petition aims to raise awareness about antisemitism and take action against hate speech targeting Jewish individuals.
By exploring and supporting these petitions, you can play a key role in standing up against discrimination and fostering a more inclusive society for people of Jewish descent. Join the movement to promote tolerance, educate others, and make a positive impact on Jewish rights and representation.
I’m signing this petition because Sister Keziah is a force not to be reckoned with in our community, she is both diligent and compassionate in all aspects of her life. She gives young people from all walks of life the tools to use their voice and she is an inspiring woman! She deserves her flowers!!💐🌺🌸🌻
The U of U is not tacitly, but actively showing support for an ongoing genocide. I am ashamed of my Alma mater (two degrees) and my place of employment. This decision by the U comes on the back of new organizational policies seeking to limit the freedom of speech in political matters by university of Utah employees, likely in reaction to unionization efforts. What hypocritical horseshit. Shame on the U of U.
Apparently it’s an “academic collaboration” which doesn’t “represent a political stance” which is absolutely ridiculous because we’re going to have illegal settlers prancing around campus. I am horrified to be a student of a school that proudly legitimizes settler colonialism, illegal under U.S, Utah, and international law. I’m at a total loss right now
as someone who is jewish and has family from israel. It’s so sad that people are using the teachings of god against one another. We were taught to live our neighbors as much as we love our family and friends. And to say that what they’re doing doesn’t resemble the holocaust, it’s similar they’re ethically trying to cleanse palestine
Normalizing connections with illegal Israeli settlements undermines any future where Palestinians get to return to their land and makes Americans, Jewish people, and Palestinians less safe. The only safe future for all parties is one where Palestinians aren’t occupied.
