Imagine if prom were on Christmas.

Deep Run High School's junior and senior prom is scheduled on the holiest Jewish holiday, the first evening of Passover. This forces Jewish students to choose between attending prom and celebrating with their families, which is completely unfair.

If this goes unnoticed, we as Deep Run students will be supporting discrimination against minorities. We need to send a message: this is not okay!

Prom is scheduled for April 12, just more than a month from now. The closer we get to the event, the less likely that it will be rescheduled. Act now and sign our petition in support of Deep Run's Jewish students.
